Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up!

-------------

To have loved the new Muppet movie. I have a crush on Jason Segel. Any man who can sing and dance with muppets gets a thumbs up from me.

To hate plastic twist ties. I’m still finding them around the house from opening all the gifts.

To have gone out the day after Christmas for half off deals.

To think that I probably gained like 10 pounds during the holidays. There’s just so much good stuff to eat!

To love the presents Tom got me. I’ll post more about that tomorrow.

To have had Christmas cookies for lunch the other day.

To think the before and after photos they show on those Proactive commercials are usually two different people.

To hate when people don’t bother to Yield when there is a sign in front of them.

To not be doing anything for New Years. Tom has to work so I might just curl up with a good book.

  2. I got some great deals on the after christmas sales. JCPenney had 75% off and I totally scored there and saved like $106 off retail.

And I had cookies for dinner last night. lol

  3. I love Jason Segel as well. Those before and after shots really don't look like the same person some times.

  4. After Christmas sales are almost like Black Fridays but without the crowd. I love it. Have a blessed new year.

  6. We want to see the Muppet movie! And I'm kind of bummed that I missed all the clearance sales yesterday, but I'll do some hunting in the next couple of days. it's the first year I haven't shopped the day after Christmas, but sleeping in was too delicious :-)

  8. Cookies usually have grain products and eggs and milk products, so are a healthy alternative. (and probably have less sugar than most cereals)

  10. I still need to see the Muppet Movie! I really do think holiday parties are sometimes over rated and really a good book, movie, and glass(es) of wine and be just as much fun, and a lot less stressfull.

  19. I heard the muppet movie was really good, too!

And, now I want some cookies...and it's 9am. That's not good. Does that count as brunch?

  20. I can't wait to see the Muppet Movie!!! I'm trying to talk my 10yr old niece to go with me, but even the lure of candy and popcorn isn't convincing her. I don't know HOW a 10yr old can't love the muppets. crazy...
