Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post. Grab the button if you'd like!
-----------

--To be excited that school starts tomorrow for the kids.

--To NOT be excited to have to wake up early again. I also dread the homework.

--To be going to lunch at The Cheesecake Factory with my husband to celebrate the fact that they kids are back in school. It means we can have day dates again!

--To have answered, "Nobody," when Natalie asked who was taking her to see Shaun The Sheep. It's not a movie I want to sit through.

--To be doing a back to school fashion show with Natalie soon.

--To have been catching up on shows with Tom. I recorded a lot of them for when he returned home. Right now we're watching The Americans. Awesome show.

--To love my new shirt.

It's fitting. I DO hate to run and I DO love desserts. (I bought it at Kohls!)

  2. I'm so jealous of your Cheesecake Factory lunch! I haven't been to one in almost 10 years because the closest one is three hours away.

Was there a shirt for if you love running AND desserts? ;-)

  3. Cute shirt!
Jealous of your day dates. :)
My kids start school in a few weeks. It can't get here soon enough. I found out their teachers and my older son is so excited! My younger son has a teacher my older son had once, so that's good. Bound to happen eventually...
My husband took the boys to see Minions last week because if it were up to me, they'd wait until DVD. I'm fine waiting until DVD for most movies that are coming out.

  4. That shirt is SO me.
I love day dates! I can't wait. The kids go back in a few weeks still. I hate summer's end but having 5-6 hours to myself all day might be kinda rad. I could probably work even more!

  5. love the shirt. I am glad the kids are back in school because of routines, but man I miss my flexibility sleeping in a little later, no homework, no after school activities. I miss summer already.

    1. Yes! Their menus is like a book. I usually get the white chili. So tasty. And I switch up the cheesecake I get.

  11. I hate waking up early and homework. I'm not ready for school because of that.

I don't have any desire to see Shaun the Sheep, either. I figure the kids can watch when it's out on DVD.

  12. I would have said the same thing about Shaun the Sheep. We don't have cable so my kids don't know about it, and I'm perfectly alright with that!
