**I was sent a meat tenderizer mallet in exchange for a review. My opinion is my own.**
Who likes tenderized meat?
That sounds amusing: tenderized meat.
So being able to review a meat tenderizer mallet from Cave Tools was exciting for me. (If you recall, I also was lucky enough to be able to review their kabob set.)
Basically, it does what it says on the box: it tenderizes meat so you aren't chewing and chewing and chewing.
I'd use this when I make a chicken dish. Or pork. Or any hunk of meat, really.
But if you don't feel like chicken or pork, there's also a smooth side that can help your main dish look nice.
For example, I decided to make hamburgers out of ground beef.
The mallet helped turn it into a circle.
Another bonus? You can stick it in a dishwasher if you are too lazy to wash it afterwards.
The rubber grip also ensures that it won't go flying from your hand while you are pounding meat. (That's what she said.)
