Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post. Grab the button if you'd like!
-----------

--To be excited for the Me Before You movie. I loved the book.

--To have started watching a show on PBS called Mercy Street. It's about a nurse during the Civil War.

--To be going to Natalie's school on Thursday to help serve food at the Valentine's Day party. They don't have school on Friday because it's parent/teacher conferences.

--To have not watched the Super Bowl. Tom would turn it on now and again to see what was happening, but I was either reading, cleaning, or on the laptop. By 8 I proclaimed football to be over for the night and we watched our recorded shows.

--To be surprised that Casey Anthony, the lady acquitted of killing her poor daughter, wants to open a photography business. I don't know about anyone else, but I wouldn't want someone like that around my daughter. I still believe she had a hand in killing her daughter.

--To hope no one else gets sick. Tommy was sick last week and had to stay home for two days. Natalie was sick the week before that. I felt ill too. Tom also felt sick when Tommy was sick. No more sick in this house, please!

--To be Natalie's hero because I found a Found Nights at Freddy's shirt at Target. She loves that creepy game.

  1. Happy Tuesday! Wow, that's just nuts about Casey Anthony - I hadn't heard that yet. I definitely would NOT take my child there or myself for that matter, to be photographed by a murderer. The only people I think would go there at all, will be the ones living under a rock who've never heard of her before. Hope everyone stays well this week. :)

  2. I couldn't care less about football but my husband's favorite team was playing, the Carolina Panthers. So, we had to go to my bil and sil's house to watch it on their giant 3D tv. The only thing that kept my attention was halftime because I love Coldplay.

  4. So excited about Me Before You, as well. And I just watched a bunch of commercials and the halftime show online. I caught the national anthem when we were out to dinner.

  5. Is Mercy Street any good? I always see the commercials for it before Downton Abbey comes on, but haven't tuned in yet.

  7. I totally didn't see the superbowl either - shocking as it is since I'm 20, I don't own a TV!

  10. Des just got over a cold and now Scarlet and Cassidy have it. No more! It was three weeks long! Terrible.

I didn't watch the Superbowl because I was finishing the Me Before You sequel. It got lukewarm response but I loved it.

    As for Casey Anthony, ick.

  11. I didn't watch any of the Superbowl - but I've seen a few of the commercials on YouTube after the fact and they are WEIRD. That puppy/baby/monkey thing will haunt my dreams. What was wrong with this year?

  14. I cannot even believe Casey Anthony isn't in jail. I can't even think about her and what she did without getting so angry!! She should be rotting in jail!

  16. I'm hoping with you too! I'm glad you are all better now. :)
Casey Anthony makes me sick. I don't believe her for one minute. I would never, ever, let her near my children. I'm still appalled she got away with that. Sick.
It's okay that I'm join you this week :)
    XOXO

  17. This is such a neat idea. I am going to put it on my calendar and try to remember to do it next week. Your blog is so cute and easy to read. I love the layout. As a new blogger, I'm always looking at layouts, etc. that are appealing.
I had not heard about Casey Anthony's photography. Interesting....
