Easy Halloween Monster Twinkies

My daughter was like, "When are we going to cook something FUN for Halloween?"

I laughed and replied, "I'm sorry, you must have me mistaken for a Mom who likes to cook."

She threw her hands in the air, "Can't we try SOMETHING?"

I said no.

And then I was like, "You know, okay, but we're not cooking because quite frankly, I don't wanna. Find something we can just throw together."

So Natalie looked in the pantry and was like, "Wow, we have a lot of Little Debbie snacks and Twinkies in here," and I went, "Of course!" and she said, "Wait, I think we can make something with these!"

She told me her idea and I was like, "Brilliant."

My kid came up with these. I helped with buying some of the stuff, but really, it was all her.

What You'll Need

--The chocolate cake Twinkies. I suppose you could get the golden ones, but these seem more fun.

--Edible Eyes

--A variety of gel colors

--Pocky Sticks. You can use regular pretzel sticks too, but these are delicious!

Directions

1. Use the gel to get the eyes to stick on.

2. Decorate with the gel.

3. Press the Pocky Sticks in!

That's it! Super easy, and you all know how much I love easy.

My daughter said hers was "Puking slime."

You can make the monsters how ever you want, and then pig out!

Do you make a lot of stuff for Halloween?
