Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.

Hey, It's Okay....

.....to have seen Avengers: Infinity War. I did read spoilers before, because I was getting impatient with not know what people were talking about. Why did they talk about ash? I had to know. I liked the movie, as depressing as it could be.

....to be looking forward to the new Jurassic World movie. It looks like it'll be entertaining.

....to have had a semi-freak out when the Circle K by my house changed out their fountain sodas. They used to have a freestyle machine and they switched it out with a regular one. So that meant here were no fountain sodas for a few days, and fountain Diet Coke helps keep me friendly. That was rough. Glad I got through it. Phew. (I so could have gone elsewhere for fountain Diet Coke but I was being way lazy. That Circle K is literally right down the street from me.)

....to have a giveaway to win a DVD/Blu-Ray of 12 Strong here.

....to have celebrated my husband's birthday on Sunday. He considers his birthday to be "just another day", but dang it, we still celebrated. We went to see The Avengers, we opened gifts, and then we ordered pizza for dinner. (Natalie drew this for her Daddy!)

  5. I think that it's pretty common for men to treat their birthday as just another day. I do that most of the time. However, I try not to work on my birthday. Gotta remember to book my day off.

  6. Did you liked Thanos? If you wanna know if Thanos killed you you can go to didthanoskill.me and see. I am dead, my husband is not. He is a huge fan of Thanos. We saw the movie 2 times and he was always quoting Thanos after both times. I like that your daughter drew Mr Meeseeks on her father birthcard. It's so cute.

  9. Yep, I remind myself all the time that "it is okay" for me to just be me. It helps release the stress of living up to what other people think.
