The gym workout was me to the tee!<BR/><BR/>Good stuff!!The Ramblerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10409123245867533569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5910185897876102936.post-54678472426063791932009-03-31T20:07:00.000-06:002009-03-31T20:07:00.000-06:00so freakin funny that you just posted this. yeste...so freakin funny that you just posted this. yesterday my facebook status was "elizabeth hates the gym." some crazy person asked me why and my response was "because it is really hard work. i just want to BE skinny. i don't wnat to have to work at it." i have gone to the gym for the past two days. i NEVER attempt the elliptical machine (it really really hurts my knees) so i just do the treadmill for half an hour. then i pretend to do some crunches or pretend to "work my arms" or something. i really just wander around kind of aimlessly trying not to be too obvious that i am reading the directions on how to use the machine. anywho...the treadmill is great when i have my ipod and a copy of us weekly. i can totally catch up on my gossip while listening to music that i love, even with the curse words in it. it's almost enjoyable. if i could figure out how to be comfortable and not sweat there, i would love it. <BR/><BR/>today i really hated the gym because i bathed and packed my four youngest into the car (one of the baths involved cleaning poop out of the tub, by the way) and went to the gym because i pay extra every month for babysitting. when i got ther today they told me that the babysitting ends at 1pm and they weren't taking anymore kids at that time. i showed major restraint by not killing anyone and i didn't even go out and eat something really bad for me! i was such a grown up! anyway, my point is i too hate the gym and dieting. sorry about putting my own blog entry here!bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10356046957903848490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5910185897876102936.post-3216702738556659262009-03-31T15:28:00.000-06:002009-03-31T15:28:00.000-06:00Amber you are too funny! I struggle more with eating well than with the exercise. Not that I'm hitting the gym (actually, I swim, so make that "pool") everyday, but it's only a couple (okay, it should be more than a couple) times a week that I have to exercise self-control.
