HEY, IT'S OKAY....

.....to be going to see Freakier Friday this week. We recently watched Freaky Friday to prepare! I'm looking forward to it.

.....to currently be reading Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt. It's about Tova, an older woman who cleans the local aquarium to keep busy. Her son vanished when he was 18 and she never figured out what happened to him. As she's cleaning, she becomes friends with an octopus named Marcellus, who seems to understand her. He has decided to make it his mission to figure out what happened to her son. This has been such a fabulous read. The friendship between Tova and Marcellus is sweet. 

.....to be a little weirded out that I no longer have a student in K-12--school started Monday and none of mine are going. Their college starts August 25th. 

.....to be glad Natalie has been communicating with her roommate in college. It seems they will get along. They have a lot in common. Tommy stays in a dorm with a common space and 4 separate rooms so he gets his space. But Natalie has that common college room set up with one room, two students. 

.....to have thought this Stranger Things pizza we found at Walmart tasted good. They had a bunch of different flavors and there's a collectible sticker inside. And yes, we are excited for the final season even though I've totally forgotten what all has happened.
