I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.
HEY, IT'S OKAY....
.....to be glad the crazy rain has moved off. We even had a tornado touch down about 15 minutes from us and this doesn't happen much in Texas, so there was panic. It did cause some damage, but no deaths at least.
......to be watching Dawson's Creek with Natalie. I watched as a teen, so it's a trip to watch again as an adult. She's liking the show!
.......to gave finished reading I Came Back For You by Kate White. It's about Bree, whose daughter Melanie was murdered 10 years ago. But the guy convicted for killing her insists he didn't do anything to Melanie. Bree thinks he's just lying, but then does some digging and realizes they might have gotten the murderer all wrong....this book is a tough read as a parent, but like Bree, I would do anything to find out what happened to my kid.
.......to have been excited to spot the first pumpkin scented item. I do love the Fall and all the scents and colors that come with it. Cooler temps are coming. Eventually!

Absolutely lovely
ReplyDeleteIt's always MORE than okay to be watching Dawson's Creek. That is an absolute classic.
ReplyDeleteAt first I was like, "Ew. Pumpkin roll in the bathroom?" But now... Now it's growing on me. I have to try it.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea behind “Hey, It’s Okay” because sometimes it’s the little things that make a week feel better. Being grateful for calmer weather after a scary storm, sharing favorite shows with family, and getting lost in a good book are all simple moments worth appreciating. Life can be unpredictable, so taking time to enjoy small comforts and personal hobbies really matters. Even relaxing with some online entertainment like palmslot can be a fun way to unwind after a busy day.
