Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post. Grab the button if you'd like!
-----------

--To have shouted, "Yay" at the beginning of The Walking Dead.

--To not care that Sophia Vegara got married. She seems nice enough, but meh. I was more excited about The Walking Dead.

--To have already shopped the Kohls Black Friday sale. It came up online on Monday.

--To still be debating if I'm going to go shopping Thanksgiving evening. It's supposed to be rainy, so I'm not sure. (We eat at 3. So by the evening we're not doing a dang thing. Hence shopping is fine. ;)

--To be dragging out all the Christmas stuff after Thanksgiving.

--To not be surprised Meri from Sister Wives was talking to another man online. (It turns out she was catfished.)

--To be PISSED that The Bastard Executioner was cancelled. It was a good show.

--To be happy that my Holiday Guide For Eight-Year-Old Girls helped out some people. (I'll be doing one for husbands shortly. If you're curious on why I'm not doing one for teenage boys, it's because the entire list would be a variety of video games..)

--To LOVE the cheese ball from Hickory Farms. I also decided to try the wine spread and I'm glad I did. It's very good. It's cheesy with a tang.

  1. Ohhhh I LOVE Hickory Farms Cheese Ball. I will have to try the other one you mentioned too. I felt the same as you about Sophia Vegara getting married - eh, okay. Great job on early shopping. I hadn't even gotten my list together yet and that is very unlike me. However, since my family all live out of State, they will probably get gift cards, which I absolutely HATE buying - bah humbug. I much prefer choosing them a nice gift that they want and would use - even though gift cards work, I think they are just way too impersonal. HA Have a great day!

  3. I don't shop the weekend after Thanksgiving, in fact I do almost all of our holiday shopping online. I worked in retail for far too long to want to deal with it anymore. And it's totally ok to put out Christmas decorations after Thanksgiving. I'm a big believer in Thanksgiving getting its turn as a holiday too.

  4. Oh they cancelled that show? I was wondering how that ended up faring and I never found anyone who watched it.
Anyway, yes to cheese balls. Yes. Yes. YESSSSSSS.

  5. I heard about the catfish story in People magazine. Crazy stuff.
One of my friends met Sofia Vergara. Given I'm a fan of Modern Family, I do care more about her marriage than Walking Dead, which I don't watch. :)

  7. Ellen posted Sophia's pictures and she looked beautiful. I heard that was going to happen on The Walking Dead and I am still a little shocked.

  8. I haven't seen any sales that make me want to go out and deal with the crowds on Thanksgiving/Black Friday. We eat early, too, so I see nothing wrong with heading out (other than the crowds).

  10. HE LIVES!!!! I wanted to go buy all the green balloons after. LOL
That cheese dip is amazing. And I always wait until after American Thanksgiving to decorate for Christmas.
Did you see the decorations at that wedding though? holy - it was like a fairy tale.

  11. I want a cheese ball!
I think it's awesome that you already got to do Black Friday shopping. One of my favorite photography websites already had one. 50% off!
