--To be thrilled that I found Crystal Pepsi. I remember drinking some as a kid. It tastes basically the same.
--To miss the kids now that they've gone back to school, but also enjoy my quiet.
--To have gone to Earl of Sandwich in San Antonio. There's one at Disney Springs that we always eat at when we visit Disney World. I LOVE the Holiday Turkey sub--it basically tastes like a Thanksgiving meal. I'm so glad I can have it more often now.
--Speaking of Disney World, I hope we can make it for Spring Break. I'm waiting on the Military Salute announcement: military families get some pretty generous discounts. We'll probably also do a day at Universal Studios.
--To still be tired of all this rain we've been getting. I think I said this last week, but ugh. When it's dark and rainy, I just want to curl up and sleep. Or read.
--To have a post up over at The Military Mom and Wife on what really goes down on Facetime and Skype when they deploy here. (Hint: I hung up on my husband on Skype once. Fights do happen.)
--To have not made a hot breakfast for my kids on their first day of school. So many people on social media apparently did--pancakes, French Toast, eggs...but I'm half asleep, so they get this:
