Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.

Hey, It's Okay....

....to still be going trick or treating on Saturday. We'll have masks and sanitizer. We'll also be passing out candy. I'll just put the candy in bags instead of allowing kids to grab their own as before.

.....to be excited that The Mandalorian will start streaming on October 30th on Disney+. It's such a great show. Plus I love The Child. (And I have my own and his name is Steve. You can see him here!)

....to be reading A Week At The Shore by Barbara Delinsky. It's about a woman returning to the town she grew up in to help her aging father--and solve the mystery of his lover disappearing years ago.

.....to be proud of Natalie for getting As and Bs on her first report card, so I paid for her to watch the livestream Billie Eilish concert last Saturday. She loved it!

....to be amused by this ghost costume. I guess it's a social media thing to wear a sheet and sunglasses. Hey, if you need an easy costume, here you go!

  6. I'm so happy that you get to go out Trick or treating! We're not going this year but it's not due to the virus stuff, it's more so due to humanity and how people are treating others. Rather stay home and safe.

  7. Livestreaming a Billie Eilish concert seems like a great reward for a great report card. We are handing out candy this year but we are socially distancing too, with a candy chute.

  10. The ghost costume puts all my tutorials to shame and tbh probably what I'll do since I'll come home after a 10 hours shift at work. Minus the sunglasses. Just the sheet. And a pillow. Yes, I'll pass out at 9PM LOL

  12. The pandemic is still on going but who says we can't celebrate Halloween. Surely Natalie deserves getting Livestream concert for her outstanding report card. The ghost decor is spooky and cute.

  13. My family is excited too for The Mandalorian. The book is interesting and the story plot I'm curious. I like to take a read of that mystery case too myself. We're all set for the Halloween, we'll celebrate it with safety precautions.

  20. That sheet ghost costumer is so cute! :) I am prepared to receive trick or treaters but I don't know if any will come, because of the pandemic. I did buy candy though and made sure that it's all individually wrapped.
