I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up with is an Hey, It's Okay post.
------------
To feel sorry for the baby that Snooki is carrying. I’m just not a fan of hers. At all.
To be sad that Davy Jones died. He was my favorite Monkee. I’ve always loved the song Daydream Believer. Even before Dawson and Joey sang the song together and Pacey got all jealous…oh, sorry, that was Dawson’s Creek..
To wonder about that girl on The Celebrity Apprentice who says, “Mr. Trump will see you now.” Her name is Amanda and she’s been there for years. I wonder if she’s just the receptionist for the show?
To have already eaten a chocolate bunny.
To like Army Wives but wish it would be more realistic. Don’t turn everything into Hollywood. PCSes don't all just end like that.
To have really liked The Lorax. A lot of kid movies make me want to gouge my eyes out but this one was good.
To be buying the Barbie Mermaid Tale 2 for Natalie at Target today. If you buy it at Target, you get a free Barbie. The Barbie movies are a type of kid thing that makes me want to gouge my eyes out. It’s why Natalie has to watch them upstairs.
To hate politics. It can bring out the worst in people.
To love my new purse from 31.
Want your own? Buy from my best friend Jennifer. She’s a 31 consultant. Go here!

I love your blog. But I might love your new purse a tiny bit more. Is that OK?
ReplyDeleteI love that purse! I collect all things butterfly.
ReplyDeleteI loved the lorax! and my head wants to explode at the thought of snooki having a baby. just no.
ReplyDeleteI've heard rumor about Snookie being pregnant, and I am appalled. That poor poor baby.
ReplyDeleteI love the song Daydream Believer! That is so sad he passed away.
I love following your blog, you always keep a smile on my face and a chuckle in my heart. (Okay, the last lane was a little sappy.. haha!)
I like your list this week!! Don't tell Bella about the Target special...she'd be SO jealous!!!! I do really miss Target.
ReplyDeleteBut not enough to move back to the States yet, lol!
I have had my share of easter candy....I need easter to come and go so I can stop! Love the purse so pretty!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see the Lorax too. I also love Army Wives but the realism is lacking a little sometimes. Love the new purse.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and i wonder the same thing about the celebrity apprentice receptionist. Linking up this week for the first time!
ReplyDeleteOne reason I'm thankful for all boys...Barbie movies.
ReplyDeleteCute purse!
ReplyDeleteLove Choc Bunnies! I say "It's Ok that I have been flipping between Spongebob and Tom & Jerry all day (head about to expode) with my sick 5yr old!" AAh..We will read tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI can't tell you how many Cadbury mini eggs I have eaten already.
ReplyDeleteDavy Jones got me to start blogging again.. I will miss him.
This week's episode of Army Wives really annoyed me. I know they have to stay together or they don't have a show, but something about the way they did it really bothered me.
ReplyDeleteI hate politics. Especially from random people on twitter/facebook.
ReplyDeleteWe tried to see The Lorax this weekend but waited til we were at the theater to try to get our tickets and they were sold out.
I was eating Cadbury Creme Eggs last night. Love the purse!
ReplyDeleteLove the purse! I have a friend that just became a consultant, I'll be checking it out at my party! And agreed about politics. Unfortunetly I'm one of those that it brings the worst out in.
ReplyDeleteOhhh that poor baby in Snooki's belly. Scary stuff!
ReplyDeleteLOOOOVE your new purse too!!!
And why, oh WHY, has Snooki been allowed to reproduce?
ReplyDeleteHmmm. Maybe the Democrats should use this as their platform to promote BC issues...
But what do I know? I have given up politics for lent.
I really want that purse. But not as much as I want the election to be over. Is that okay?
ReplyDeleteCool purse. I love Davy Jones too. I used to watch the show.
ReplyDeletePolitics make me want to gouge my eyes out. Random people keep asking me who I'm voting for. I don't talk politics. They're all liars- the one who is the best liar will be the one elected. The End.
ReplyDeleteBarbies. Gah. Maia loves them. I'm tired of finding random tiny hooker high heels laying all over the house. She has to watch those movies in the playroom so I don't scream.
Don't even get me started on that poor little oompa loompa that has the misfortune to be gestated in Snooki's uterus. I have no words. At least none that are appropriate to say out loud.
I can't believe that Snooki is pregnant. I, too, shutter to think about that baby.
ReplyDeleteI feel bad about Davy Jones.
I've been trying to resist the Easter Candy aisle.
ReplyDeleteI think we'll be seeing The Lorax the weekend.
ReplyDeleteI ate a Reece's Peanut Butter egg last week. Total impulse buy when I was supposed to be buying more bins to hold all of our stuff in the basement.
You already ate a chocolate bunny?! lol. That is why I ALWAYS wait until the last minute to buy my candy - I just can't trust myself.
ReplyDeleteSo, I've been trying to not comment on political posts on facebook...and I've failed. BIG TIME. I was doing well until a couple of days ago. So yes, I hate politics too...and facebook with politics. It sucks.
ReplyDeleteAwwhh, I know, Davy Jones was my favorite Monkey's character. The theme song from that show is still stuck in my head.
