I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post.
--------------
To think that Undercover Boss must be staged at this point. If cameras suddenly come into your work, wouldn’t you suspect?
To wonder if people still use MySpace.
To have been shocked at the ending of Grey’s Anatomy last week. The season finale should be interesting.
To have been pleased with the winner of Survivor. And to still think Colton is an asshole. And I hope Alicia lost her job as a special education teacher.
To want to try Wendys new sweet potato. They also have chili cheese fries. Mmm..
To have started reading Fifty Shades of Grey. It’s interesting but it’s made my eyes bug out a few times. I am so not a prude but holy crap.
To have been bored with the very last episode of Desperate Housewives.
To miss Tom a lot but at least it means I get to eat dinners he doesn’t like. I had pot roast the other day. I still don’t get how he doesn’t like pot roast.
To probably watch too much television as half my hey it’s okay posts are about something I’ve seen on TV!

I have to get this Fifty Shades of Grey book. You're about the 5th person to mention it in a week and I feel left out.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of Shades of Grey...but now you've got me all curious!
ReplyDeleteSurvivor was on last night (we're always a least a day behind!) and I totally forgot to watch it! SERIOUSLY!!!! I know, wtf is wrong with me??? Thank you for not spoiling it for me!
A man that doesn't like pot roast?? I think that is Thomas' favorite of all the dinners I make! Ribs are a close second.
The finale of House is tonight. Will Wilson die??? EEK!!!!
Everyone is reading that book...I might have to check it out. Oh I love pot roast!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for Thursday! I MUST know what happens on Grey's!! I love tv, which is probably awful but oh well! It's my only vice!
ReplyDeleteI think most of the reality shows are staged these days.. some of them are really ridiculous and predictable.
ReplyDeleteI still have to order Fifty Shades of Grey, once I have money its the first thing I'm buying! Haha!
I haven't seen the last episode of Desperate Housewives, part of me doesn't want to watch it.. I love that show :( I started watching it when I was pregnant with little CW and became addicted!
I want to read 50 Shades of Gray just b/c of the eyeball poppin' moments I've heard about :)
ReplyDelete& I did cry during the series finale of Desperate Housewives, although, it didn't go out with a bang like I thought it would. I'm glad though...I wanted it to end nicely...not like Lost where everyone ended up being dead all along and you feel like you had just waisted months of your life that you could never get back!
When my husband leaves, I always take advantage and have meals he doesn't like. I try to look at it as a bright spot in what is usually pretty sad. My mom did the same thing when my dad would leave.
ReplyDeleteThe majority of my Hey! It's Ok entry was about TV shows too...
ReplyDeleteThis is the second time today I've heard about Fifty Shades of Grey...never heard of it until today.
I can't believe you are reading 50 Shades without a Husband to ummm...ummm...well.
ReplyDeleteAnyway - I so agree with you about Survivor - especially about Alicia.
But even if you watch too much TV, I just got my update on all the good shows I missed. :) How can you not like pot roast? oh yum!
ReplyDeleteI don't think there is any reality TV that isn't staged anymore. Doesn't stop me from watching it though. LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteI CANNOT wait to watch Grey's this Thursday. I've heard rumors about who is leaving the show but I hope they are just rumors.
I need to get that book! I've just been so busy I haven't had a chance. grrrr.
I totally wanted Chelsea to win!
ReplyDeleteI haven't watched Grey's anatomy in a while, so I was totally out of the loop and shocked too!
ReplyDeleteAnd, the last couple undercover bosses I've seen, they recognized the boss.
I had heard great reviews of Shades of Gray.
ReplyDeleteI haven't watched TV for so long I was lost.
I'll have to live vicariously from you.
Supposedly a main character is going to die. I'm going to be so mad if it's Sloan!!
ReplyDeleteMyspace! Good question haha. I'm sure there are a bunch of people who have yet to advance to Facebook and Twitter.
ReplyDeleteCute blog!
TV is good. Reading is even better. I just picked up 50 Shades.....and need to finish the Hunger games trilogy before I begin to read 50 Shades....
ReplyDeleteHey TV is ok with me... and I agree Colton is a jerk and Kim absolutely owned this season. I love me some Survivor!!
ReplyDeleteIt's taking me forever to read that book! Buuuut I've been tired, so I sleep instead of read :P
ReplyDeleteI love pot roast. What's wrong with him?!
Colton and Alicia were huge bullies. Congrats to Kim.
ReplyDeleteOk, I've got to check out shades of grey!
ReplyDeleteYou should come over and enter a giveaway I'm having on the old blog!

ReplyDeleteshades of gray made me blush! and I was reading it by myself!
ReplyDeleteAs for Grey's Anatomy, I feel like they're going to kill off Kepner. I hope it's not any of the main characters, or Jackson though.
ReplyDeleteFifty Shades. Oh haha. I love reading people's reaction to it :)
