I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post. Grab the button if you'd like!

--To be thinking about all those in Paris. I can't even imagine. The world can be a frightening place. My thoughts are with all those involved.
--To be looking forward to decorating for Christmas next week after Thanksgiving. With all the craziness in the world today, having pretty decor out will be nice to look at.
--To still be debating if I'm going to go out and shop Black Friday. I might just try and do it all online.
--To be tempted to buy something from Gymboree's $16.99 and under sale.
--To think it was Glenn's voice at the end of The Walking Dead that said "help." I hope the next episode shows everyone helping him. Or maybe they'll make us wait. Ugh.
--To be happy that the squadron Thanksgiving get-together is on Friday. It means I don't have to cook!
--To have accidentally startled Ruby awake. Her expression cracked me up.

Aww adorable pic!!
ReplyDeleteI do all my Black Friday stuff online. So much easier.
Love the little kitty cat - she's so cute! I used to do all of my shopping on Black Friday fighting the crowds, etc. But as I'm getting older, I no longer venture out and do it all online as well or send gift cards instead. :)
ReplyDeletei'm definitely having my thoughts with paris as well as the other attacks around the world. so freaking scary. go hit up the gymboree sale!!
ReplyDeleteThe main study abroad program at my undergrad had its Paris trip this past weekend. Thankfully they're all ok. I have such wonderful memories of my own Paris trip and it's so sad that those students' trip is marred by this.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm going to pretend that I didn't see that Gymboree is having their sale...I love that place and Crazy 8!
It's awful what happened in Paris and in other countries that have been under attack. The world seems like a complete mess right now.
ReplyDeleteCute kitty!
I don't do Black Friday. Too many crowds.
Oh, did you finish the Shopaholic book yet? I did last night!
ReplyDeleteI'm halfway done! I hope to finish soon. I'm liking it.
DeleteRuby is so cute there!!
ReplyDeleteGlenn is alive. I've never even seen the show but I'm enjoying the memes and if you're all questioning it and hoping.. he's alive. He's alive! (said in a Frankenstein voice)
I'm excited to decorate next week. Next week, Christmas season finally starts for me. And it's come on fast.
The world is definitely a frightening place, just never know what is going to happen.
ReplyDeleteThe last photo is so cute! that's my daughter's face when I startle her in the morning. I'm so quiet when I enter her room, she's shocked when she turns around and sees me.
ReplyDeleteCute as a button! I love petting my cats 's bellies. Only one of them likes it also. I think they have body image issues.
ReplyDeleteI am excited to decorate next week! I wonder what is going to happen on TWD, I don't know how he can come back but we shall see.
ReplyDeleteYour cat is so cute! I think I'm going to do most of my shopping online.
ReplyDeleteMy brother was telling me that you can get all the Target deals online, ordering them on Thursday before the stores even open and just select in-store pick up, which basically puts you at the front of the line of people waiting... only you don't actually have to be there, you can go pick up your stuff later that day or another day. Since I know you love Target like I do, thought I'd share!
no black friday shopping for me this year, I'm a little bit paranoid! lol
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to decorate for Christmas. I am afraid the cats will attack the tree though.
ReplyDeleteHAHA! Your cat's face is priceless.
ReplyDeleteI'm actually really excited to decorate next weekend. Which never happens. So that's nice.
Ruby's face... Love!! She's so cute!
ReplyDelete"Airing my laundry" is an idiomatic expression referring to the act of sharing one's personal problems, grievances, or private matters publicly. It often implies discussing personal issues openly, whether in conversation, social media, or other platforms, to seek understanding or support. The phrase originates from the literal act of hanging laundry outside to dry, exposing it to the public eye.
