Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple!




Hey, It's Okay....



--To be ALMOST done with the new Gilmore Girls. I wish there were more episodes. I only have one left. But then I'll know what the 4 words are.



--To not be surprised that Kanye West was hospitalized. I hope he gets the help he needs.


--To have seen Moana over the weekend. It was a sweet movie. My husband was pleased that there weren't songs every "damned ten minutes" like in Frozen.



--To hope everyone who celebrated Thanksgiving had a good one! I did. I celebrated on Thursday and again on Saturday. I pigged out and didn't even care about calories.



--To have dragged out the Christmas decorations. Most of them are out now.



--To plan on giving Natalie's teacher a $25 gift card to Starbucks. I am amazed at all teachers do on such little pay. She's also getting a Harry Potter themed gift since she loves Harry Potter. Thank goodness for Etsy.


--To have driven through some Christmas lights! Then there was an area where you can walk through them. This was one of our favorites:

    I'm still binge watching the original Gilmore Girls! I am jealous. And yes, I am not surprised about Kanye West.

    my daughters both loved gilmore girls and have the recorded shows as well. Christmas lights are going up in our area all over the place this weekend hopefully mine as well

    Some lovely ideas here. We always buy teachers nice gifts as well. I used to be a primary school teacher and it was nice to feel appreciated by the parents.

    I have only just discovered Gilmore girls, it's a great comfort show. What a lovely idea to give your daughters teacher a Starbucks voucher, I'm sure should would appreciate it.

    Long live The Gilmore Girls!! Our tree is up I'm not ok with it but atleast the lights are not on yet and that would make it official.

    It is ok that I missed a week at the gym spending time with family and eating!

    It is ok that I didn't see Moana opening day or this weekend but very possibly today!

    I love the gilmore girls!! I have finished watching them all but it took me a few days now im sad, i want there to be more and read that it hasnt been ruled out.. Yes!! :) i had no idea Kanye west was even in hospital, love Christmas lights but its not a big thing here.

    We used to have neighborhood and establishments filled with lovely Christmas lights here! Now, not so much. It would be nice to walk around and let the kids enjoy the sights.

    I think that's a great gift you're giving the teacher. You're right, they don't get paid nearly enough. I pigged out on Thanksgiving too. Ate till I was miserable.

    I watched the first episode of the new gilmore girls so far. I wanna get the first season of the original sseries since i've never watched it. OMG You're so awesome for the gift you're giving the teacher! I love love harry potter too. My dad's a teacher so i have madrespect for you for going out of your way to give back and show appreciation
