I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude.
Hey, It's Okay....
....to have LOVED Beauty and the Beast. I went to see it with my daughter, and we had so much fun. We both teared up a few times. Natalie's all, "I was so close to crying when the footrest puppy stopped moving! I mean, I was sad when the Beast died, but the PUPPY!"
....to still hate cooking dinner and wish I didn't have to do it anymore. Can't we all just eat sandwiches?
....to have been a little disappointed in the season finale of This Is Us. I thought we'd find out how Jack died. I'm impatient.
....to be going on a date with my husband on Friday. He has a day off. We're going to get new tags for my car. Super romantic, no?
....to have tried Uber for the first time at Disney World. It was simple! I recommend it. I was worried we might get a murderer driver, but no, he was sane.
....to still be amused over the fact that my daughter asked Kylo Ren why he killed his father.

LMAO at the video!!!!
ReplyDeleteUber/Lyft are great!! I swear I want to use them all the time around here. Boston drivers are killing me, lol.
I am dying to see Beauty & the Beast, but I was waiting for the crowds to die down a little. It's sold out pretty much every where here still.
ReplyDeleteI thought the servants saying their goodbyes was the saddest part of Beauty and the Beast. Such a good movie though :)
ReplyDeleteHahaha! That video is so hilarious! Absolutely loved the list. This is a great idea and I love how it makes you feel once you've written it all down!
ReplyDeleteBusy weekend, huh? I loved Beauty and the Beast as a child. I need to go see the updated version. BTW I Uber everywhere. I like it!
ReplyDeleteI recently took Uber for the first time. I especially love utilizing it when I travel to New York.
ReplyDeleteHahaha that video is amazing!!! :)
ReplyDeleteHaha cute video!!!! I loved Beauty and the Beast, too. Haha I'm happy they sticked with the original story unlike other motion-picture Disney films nowadays.
ReplyDeleteI love Beauty and the Beast too, and I can't wait to see it on stage. Ohh hope they will.perform here in Manila.
ReplyDeleteI have n't watched beauty and the beast yet, but I am planning to... Many hugs!!!
ReplyDeleteThat last one made me LOL. Sounds like something my youngest would do! I think it's sweet that you and your husband are going to get tags together though - maybe it's not a candlelit dinner, but it can still be quality time spent together.
ReplyDeleteI am dying to see Beauty and the Beast. And i guess it's okay to ditch your diet and eat brownies instead. This article just made my day. I am gonna rush to get some brownies now!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see Beauty and the Beast. Haha about your romantic day date!
ReplyDeleteI LOL'd at the hating to cook dinner because it's so me. I love cooking but I have a 5 month old and I never have the energy to do it happily anymore! Great post :)
ReplyDeleteLol your daughter is a hoot and i lobe uber they do strenous background checks
ReplyDeleteOn the drivers and they (the drivers) put in a lot of money up front before they get on the road so ususally they are just nice people making ends .
I do love UBER except when you're leaving a sporting event or when you're going to a huge EXPO or CONFERENCE when traffic is horrific!! Because then typically NO Ubers are available or they up charge x 100000!
ReplyDeleteI just love Natalie's face when she is having this "discussion" with Kylo Ren. I'm pretty sure she took that poor guy by surprise! I'm totally with you on hating to cook dinner, can't I just have a personal chef?
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen Beauty yet, can't wait to watch it! But girl, This Is Us! I can't take it! When William died, I felt like I lost a relative...now we gotta live Jack's death. I just can't!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely want to see Beauty & the Beast and I WILL make it a date night. ...and it's okay for me to cry on the sad parts.
ReplyDeleteGood question to Kylo Ren, I say!
ReplyDeleteBeauty and the Beast rocked but their attention to the staff's part of the curse was exquisite. Yes to the poor PUPPY!
That's such a cute video Natalie looks all shy and giggly as well as cute too
ReplyDeleteI still need to see Beauty and the Beast, I've heard great things about the movie. That comment about their husbands day off made me laugh, that's usually how it goes!

Omg beauty and the beast was amazing!!!! I sorta want to go see it again lol....
ReplyDeletei love this series!! actually have been meaning to start my on rif on this called WHY not... but never did it - so when I saw someone else was inspired and actually executed it, I had to check it out- bravo! I love it. As for me, I didn't see a place to link up - but for now, i'll add that it's okay (I think) that I didn't love Get Out as much as everyone else seemed to - http://bit.ly/2n3lsHw
ReplyDeleteYour date is cracking me up. I'm the same with my hubby. Combine trips.
ReplyDeleteNatalie is so adorable! It's awesome that she asked Kylo! Lol. My girls and I loved Beauty and the Beast as well. It was amazing.
ReplyDeleteBeauty and the Beast is a great movie. I really enjoyed it and I think Dosney did pretty well on the remake. I hate it when shows end with unanswered questions.
ReplyDeleteI understand your UBER-scare.. Well me too if am using an UBER. Here in Manila I dont use their service coz we heard many issues from UBER. Byt we have anither one called GRAB, its competitor but have outstanding servicez, and less cheaper rates.
ReplyDeleteWell I suppose it could have been worded your daughter could have been ready to kneel before Renn and join his team. I know my daughter thought about kneeling before Vader... which would have been kind of like Renn in a weird way. :).
ReplyDeleteHaha this did make me chuckle especially about Uber. You hear so many horror stories but for me my uber experiences have been perfectly okay so its good that yours was as well x
ReplyDeleteYes! I have nights when I really don't want to make dinner and I end up whipping up anything that comes to mind.
ReplyDeletehaha that video is hilarious .... i always love reading your posts
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea! And that video was hilarious lmao. Great post :)

ReplyDeleteWhat did Kylo Ren respond to Natlie that why he killed his dad? Waiting for the Star Wars next movie!
