Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude.

Hey, It's Okay....

....to have enjoyed Mother's Day. I got to spend it with my mother.

....to be enjoying the show FEUD, which is about Joan Crawford and Bette Davis. I looked up more info and apparently when Joan died, Bette was quoted as saying "You should never say bad things about the dead, only good. Joan Crawford is dead. Good."

....to have tons of books to read. I love it! So far I've finished One Perfect Lie (awesome) and Talking As Fast As I Can. (Fabulous! Love Lauren Graham!) I'm in the middle of Everything, Everything.

....to not know what to think after the latest episode of Grey's Anatomy. Without giving away too much, I'll just say, "Did she really go out with a bang, or did she make it?"

....to have watched Now and Then with my daughter. I loved the movie when I was younger and I knew she would too. And she did! This weekend we might be watching My Girl. It's her first time. It's my 3897234 time.

  5. I'm so glad that you've started this list! It's always nice to reflect on things and release you don't have to feel guilty, embarrassed or sad about certain things. I myself love reading and always seem to have a growing list of books to read - but that's okay!

  34. I love how you are watching those older movies with Natalie - I bet she just loves that! I can't wait to do that with my own when she's old enough!

  35. Everything Everything was a cute (quick!) read. I read it in like 2 hours. You knew it could only end one of two ways. Grey's def got me! I thought it was the season finale, so I was surprised we will find out this week. We'll see though. Something else has to happen though. Otherwise it's not nearly as dramatic as past season finales.
