Sometimes my daughter gets loud, so I need something to quiet her up.
This is why I'm grateful for apps.
She's always been a fan of the Toca Life series, so I had a feeling she'd enjoy Toca Life: Pets.
There are more than 120 pets to discover, and you can explore five locations: the pet park, a pet hotel, a veterinary, a pet shop, and a breeder's bungalow. Kids can go on many silly adventures with pets.
It's a really easy game to play, and it held my daughter's attention. Plus, she's been asking for a dog for Christmas, so technically she gets one in the game. This means I'm off the hook.
She liked all the various animals--she said one looked like Pascal from Rapunzel.
The pet rock and the sloth bat in the game were inspired by drawings and photos from fans. Pretty cool!

ReplyDeleteHand a child anything that has a game playing on it and they will be quiet for hours. Will have to see if the grandchildren know of this game which I am sure they do.

ReplyDeleteMy favourite pet is a dog and so are my kids' favourite. Our pet doesn't live with us so maybe a virtual pet like this app can be a good replacement.

ReplyDeleteTo catch and kill rats, a dog (or other animal) need to be able to go where the rats go: down holes, under floors, up into walls Poodle Mixes.
ReplyDeleteA dog bed is the best solution for this. Dogs need a bed that matches their size because if the bed is too small it will be quite uncomfortable for the dog to sleep in it bulldog phone cases
