Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.









Hey, It's Okay....


....to have had a lovely Thanksgiving. We went to my Mom and Dad's and I pigged out basically. I had many slices of pie.



....to have pulled out all our holiday decor and decorated the house.



....to have gone to see Ralph Breaks The Internet over the weekend. It was a funny movie. I wish the family with the screaming little boy would have removed him from the theater, but you know, there doesn't seem to be much consideration for others these days.



....to be going to Sea World over the weekend to check out the Christmas lights!



....to have not bought a lot on Cyber Monday. I did find a video game that my son wanted for $10 off, but that was about it!



....to love this laptop case from TeePublic. Natalie just loves Hamilton and needed a case for her laptop, so this is perfect. You can find all sorts of unique gifts there and yup, Natalie has many more Hamilton items on her list. (She says she needs a mug and pillow.)

    I heard calories don't count on Thanksgiving, so those extra slices of pie are totally ok!! LOL. Also, we are all decorated over here. We decorated before Thanksgiving because we undecorate Christmas night so I like to get my stuff up early.

    Reminding ourselves "It is Okay" during the holiday season is very important. We need to do what works for ourselves and our families and it will all be okay. Don't worry about others or what they think you should do.

    I think I bought two things on Cyber Monday. Oh, well. The grandkids saw Ralph this weekend and I forgot to ask them how they liked it. I'm exhausted from all the cooking, eating and decorating.

    oh, I love that you have aduaghter who loves Hamilotn. My 12 year old is (slightly) obsessed with #ALLTHINGSHAmilton! Her christmas list is entirely comprised of all Hamilton gifts! haha

    We're going to Hamilton in two weeks and thanks to your post, I bought a tee from TeePublic. It's an "And Peggy" one with red.
