Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.

Hey, It's Okay....

....to have had fun watching Natalie in the fashion show at Justice.

....to have new family members! We got two guinea pigs. I'll write more about that next week.

.....to not plan on watching the Super Bowl this weekend. Football tends to bore me. But I might still make snacks. I do love to eat!

....to be bored with the love triangle on Grey's Anatomy. Meredith is a strong woman who doesn't need to mess around with a dude.

....to have enjoyed this book about Queen Jane by Alison Weir. For those who don't know, King Henry VIII needed a son as his heir. He was in a panic. He couldn't get a living one off his first wife Katherine, so he cast her aside for Anne Boleyn. Anne gave him Elizabeth, who ended up being a fantastic ruler, but Henry was like, "I need a boy, wah!" He had Anne beheaded and then married Jane. Jane gave him a son, but he ended up dying at 15 at tuberculosis. Oops. The book is about Jane's life though.

  3. I've never watched Grey's but my sister loves that show. I like the commercials way better than the game but I always have a Super Bowl party. I can't pass a great opportunity to eat snack foods.

  4. I use to watch Grey's but got out of the habit. Jane Seymour had wonderful books. Bet the fashion show was a ton of fun and cute clothes.

  5. We are going to a Super Bowl party, but I watch VERY little of the game! I mostly like going for the social aspect! (and of course the food! LOL).

  8. No one in my house wants to watch the Super Bowl either. It's ok to not like football, and even my husband doesn't watch football anymore.

  9. Although it is almost a holiday I too don't get football. It is however a good way to have some together and try some of the good food.

  11. Guinea Pigs are awesome I can't wait to read more about yours. We only have one at the moment called Sock, we lost his brother Dobby late last year and need to look into trying to bond Sock with another so he's not lonely.

  13. I am a total football fanatic, so I can't imagine missing the big game, but I definitely love the snacks and the potential to score some extra cash from the Super Bowl squares I purchased too.

  19. So it is a long story, but the Rams used to be in St. Louis and left under bad terms, so when the Kansas City Chiefs lost to the Patriots, whom I am not fond of, I decided to cheer for the Pats to spite the Rams. :)
