Hey, It's Okay....
.....to have watched the premiere of Game Of Thrones. I'll miss the show when it's over. Bran was creepy with all his staring.
....to have thought it was funny that so many people posted that "they had a secret and that people should sit down for it...that they have never seen an episode of Game Of Thrones." My snarky self wanted to post, "And?" with a Gif of the cranky chick from Brooklyn 99.
.....to need to pick up eggs so we can dye some over the weekend. I totally forgot until my daughter asked when we were going to do it. I just hate dyeing eggs.
....to be going to my mom and dad's house for Easter dinner. Nothing fancy. No one in my family really cares to be in the kitchen longer than we have to.
....to have found a pretty spot in our neighborhood. My daughter is super proud of her Vans. She wants the rainbow checkered version next.

ReplyDeletemy parents always throw a great easter dinner and its nothign fancy but comforting bc its all our favorites ha :) enjoy!
ReplyDeleteBran was so cute in the first few seasons then he grep up and they made him creepy with the eye rolling. I will miss GoT too
ReplyDeleteNever watched Game of Thrones here either.
ReplyDeleteHaven't had time to watch Game of Thrones yet. I really like her vans and totally think she needs the rainbow pair now.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I wish it was that green and flowery where I am. We still have SNOW!
ReplyDeleteI mean, I do love those vans! They're pretty cute, so I would be proud of them too :)
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see the new series of GOT which stats tonight where I live. I agree I don't get why so many are going on about not seeing it, it's great, they're missing out!!!!
ReplyDeleteWe are not doing anything fancy for Easter this year ourselves. A lot of times we go camping but this year we are just going to have hamburgers on the grill.
ReplyDeleteThose Vans are too cute...I still haven't watched Game of Thrones yet. I'm really looking forward to it though.
ReplyDeleteI too hate dying the eggs as it is always a big mess. So I make my kids color the eggs outside.
ReplyDeleteWe watched the GoT premiere too. It was good and we're thinking about rewatching some older episodes after the finale.
ReplyDeleteYour daughter seems to enjoy herself! I love her Vans just perfect for the summer season! :)
ReplyDeletewe are off to my parents for Easter Dinner I think this year, I completely forgot it was this weekend till earlier today! Whoops!
ReplyDeleteThose Vans are super cute. I love the checkered design and the yellow is super bold.
ReplyDeleteI adore those Vans! We are a proud Vans-loving family. My husband has the most. His favorites are a pair of black and white Snoopy dogs.
ReplyDeleteI love your posts. No GOT for me but your girl Vans are extremely cool!
ReplyDeleteThose Vans are great! I really enjoy GOT. I guess I'm hosting Easter dinner and inviting my sisters and my mom, but I'm not really too concerned about it. They are easy guests.
ReplyDeleteI love this idea, I watched the GOT premiere and I too will miss it once it's over. Your daughters Vans are super cute, the rainbow colored ones sounds nice as well.
ReplyDeleteOk, don’t laugh but I have not watched this show yet! I so want to!
ReplyDeleteYay for link parties! Also, I belong to the population of "never seen a GOT episode" haha! But I don't make a big deal out of it. And each time I tell someone I know that, I get like an eyebrow raise... excuse me?
ReplyDeleteMy friends they convince me to watch game of thrones this coming weekends. it sounds like your daughter have a nice day :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a really pretty spot. All the photos will look good with it. I also love her Vans!
ReplyDeleteI love that first picture you took of Natalie. She's a natural model, so pretty. I dunno what games of thrones is lol.
ReplyDeleteI love this feature. It is ok that I am not cooking Easter dinner this year and we made reservations to go out instead. Thanks for giving me this post to know that I don't have to feel guilty over that decision.
ReplyDeleteIt's OK. It's OK to bow out of dinner with your family and take some ME time. It's OK to see a therapist if you need to. It's OK to do whatever you need to do to be healthy, happy, and content - so long as it's not at the expense of someone else. And yet, we say this over and over and over again to the ones that we love and don't apply it to ourselves. It's OK people.
ReplyDeleteI tuned in for Game of Thrones too! Bring on the White Walkers!
ReplyDeleteReally like the overall feel of this post and your blog. Thanks for making me smile!
ReplyDeleteSometimes it's not necessary to go all out for holidays. It honestly can ruin them more than add to them.
ReplyDeletewhy do i feel like i'm the only person in the world who doesn't watch this show?
ReplyDeleteWe dyed our eggs last minute this year too! I hate doing it because of the smell of the vinegar. I saw some cute alternatives such as with shaving cream or cool whip. I'll have to give those a try next year. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteYour daughter's VANS look cool and you found a nice background to match. Will check out the linky party.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this article. I truly appreciate your efforts and I am waiting for your next post thanks once again.
