I find as I get older, my skin doesn't look quite as...well, nice. I see wrinkles and some spots and dang it, why is it dry? Bellame, for those who don't know, is a company founded by a woman, so I am all for it. Melissa Thompson is the CEO and founder and she believes in empowering women, so again, yes please. Also, I was intrigued by the slogan Inspired By Luxury. Powered By Science. I am all for science.
I received samples of the Hydrating Cleanser, the moisturizer, the eye cream, and the serum.
I am picky about scents, and I am glad to say that everything smelled incredible. I mostly could smell the rose, but there are also traces of muguet, amber, and musk. Plus the cleansing cloth I got felt fabulous. When you're out in the heat, everything feels wonderful and I don't feel as sweaty.
Nothing felt greasy and left my skin feeling hydrated and comfortable. In this hot Texas weather, it's perfect.
The Acque Lumiere collection is made with premium ingredients like baobab oil, marine collagen, and vitamin C ester, to name a few. Would I use it again? Yes.
My daughter even loved it, mostly because of the scent, and she also said her skin felt soft:

I have never used any products from Bellame. Your review of the products make me want to try them. I, too, am always finding new things to try when it comes to skincare. I am interested in Bellame's cleanser and moisturizer. I love that it wouldn't make my skin greasy. That is something I don't like about many of the products out there.

ReplyDeleteI love finding new (to me) cruelty-free products. I gave up on skin products (besides sun screen) years ago, because they just seemed to make my skin dry and uncomfortable (even moisturizers!) or greasy. Maybe I need to check these out.
