Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.






HEY, IT'S OKAY....



.....to have taken down all the Christmas decor inside. We'll be doing the outside this week. I just needed the house back to normal. Or normal-ish.



.....to love the after Christmas sales. I stock up on wrapping paper and bags. Target had a bunch of stuff for 70% off!



.....to be relaxing at the house with my son for New Years. Natalie is going to be with a friend. Our neighborhood usually lights up at midnight, so I don't even have to buy fireworks.



......to be trying not to panic when I think about my son graduating in 2020. You'd think I'd be used to it by now, but no.



....to love these socks I found at Target. Cheddar is like, "This does NOT look like me!"

    Those socks are too cute. I took my Christmas tree and decor down the day of. I love the after-Christmas sales too. Can get lots of stuff at a great price. Happy New Year's!

    But they do look like Cheddar!!! We had a super "quiet" New Years here as well. Just the boys and me. Not as many fireworks as normal. But that is okay. Happy New Year!

    We did not get fireworks this year, but since we live so close to a designated public area for setting off fireworks, (in other words, a local park), we enjoyed watching the display from our windows at home. That is one "Hey, Its Okay" for me because we saved the money intended for buying fireworks. :)

    Its just a day after the new year, we usually take down our Christmas decor down between 5th or 6th but i guess its still okay to take it down now but we don't really do that. The socks looks cute, i have one like that. Happy New Year.
