Oh gosh, seriously, I can end this post right now and just say CASH. Teenagers want CASH. Or gift cards. But those things are sort of boring. And as happy as teens would be to be handed a bunch of bills, I like to give actual gifts.
Here are some Valentine's Day gifts that I've picked up:
If your teen is obsessed with stuffed animals like mine is, this set is perfect. I found it at Target and it comes with gummies:
An Animal Crossing pen. Both my teens play the game. I found it at Box Lunch:
This flamingo pen looks like me in the morning. But it's fun and it comes with Jelly Beans. I found this at Target:
This is sort of macabre, but here's a Death Note notebook. It's from an anime which both my teens love. Some people wish Valentine's Day were darker, so this is the perfect gift. I found it on Amazon:
Baby Yoda AKA Grogu items are a hit if your teens are fans. I found everything at Target:
Pillow Pets are making a comeback! My daughter has been aching for this strawberry cow, which yes, smells like strawberries. (A blueberry one will be out soon!)
Hershey's Candy is always a winner. You can find these at Walmart or Target:
Is your teen a fan of The Office? Then you need to pick up this set at Walmart. I also found the pencil case there:
I also found some fun pens that had quotes from The Office on them. There were also Friends pens at Walmart:
So there you have it. If you want to make things easier on yourself, yeah, hand over some cash or gift cards. But I like to actually give stuff and my teens tend to enjoy everything I pick out.
Are you ready for Valentine's Day?
