I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.
HEY, IT'S OKAY....
....to have spent the long weekend reading. I am currently reading Jodi Picoult's latest called Wish You Were Here. It deals with Covid and how it impacts different people. I'm halfway through.
.....to hate how people try to drag Bob Saget's name through the mud. Yes he had some dirty disgusting jokes. But that's not who he was as a person. He didn't LIVE those jokes. People seem to get that part blurred.
.....to not watch football so I have no idea what people were complaining or cheering about over the weekend. Well, I sort of do. I saw Dallas lost and I'm in Texas so those people were like "wah."
.....to be watching Sister Wives with a shocked face half the time because Kody (the husband) seems nuts. It's no wonder one of his 4 wives left him.
.....to be amused by the Spiderman costume Natalie got. She was inspired after watching Spiderman No Way Home. She finds Andrew Garfield very attractive so she wanted the costume he wore in his movies.
I loved Wish You Were Here and just recommended it to my sister in law!
ReplyDeleteI love the Spidermad costume. It is so awesome.
ReplyDeleteI want to read Wish You Were Here, I've enjoyed many of Jodi Picoult's books. Natalie's costume looks great! My mom watches Sister Wives and tells me about it sometimes. The whole situation seems pretty crazy to me.

ReplyDeleteHow fun to be in costume! Not only is it fun for the one wearing it, but it's sure to bring smiles all around to others! Great idea for your list. I'm taking it easy at work...and by that I mean, stopping at quitting time and taking lunch breaks each day!
