The Holiday Break has started! My daughter doesn't return to school until January. My son is in college so he doesn't return to classes until mid-January. So that gives us plenty of time to do things. I have to say, I like the Holiday Break so much better now that my kids are older. When they were smaller there would be times where I'd be counting down the days until they went back to school. Now? I cherish all the time with them. They are so much cooler now that they can entertain themselves.
1. Watch holiday movies like The Santa Clause and Elf. We always have favorites that we must put on.

2. Read. I have so many books to finish.
3. Make cookies with Mom. We always visit my parents for a few days during the break to make cookies and be together.
4. Go to an Antiques Store. My daughter has some money that is burning a hole in her pocket. She loves all things vintage.
5. Relax and watch trash reality shows like Real Housewives. Oh and Sister Wives. Did you hear that all but one wife left Kody? It's because he's a gross human being. I guess the show can't be called Sister Wives anymore.
I am sure we'll be doing so much more. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season!
