I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.
HEY, IT'S OKAY....
.....to hope Natalie and her boyfriend have fun at the Hozier concert this week. I'm not as familiar with their music, but from what I have heard, it's not bad.
.....to have pulled out the indoor Halloween decor and set it up. I still need to get the outdoor stuff which will eventually happen.
.....to be excited for the new Wicked movie even though Ariana Grande irritates me. I'll just have to really pretend that it's not her on the screen.
.....to have watched The Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives on Hulu and been amused. If you like Real Housewives, you'll like that show. Lots of yelling.
.....to need Texas to get on board with Fall weather since it's officially fall now. But it's still in the 90s. Stop it. I want to get cozy in sweatshirts and hoodies.

I've already got fall and Halloween stuff up. I honestly couldn't wait to get it up. I also want to see Wicked!
ReplyDeleteWhile I love the cooler fall temperatures, I don't like that it gets dark earlier. I know that winter is on its way.
ReplyDeleteI might have to check out The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives – sounds like a wild ride!
ReplyDeleteI saw previews of that show, I might have to check it out for sure!
ReplyDeleteI am so ready for fall weather too. It has been a brutal summer. We had so many days over 100 in Fort Worth.
ReplyDeleteI don’t have Hulu so I can’t watch this show. :(
Love this "Hey, It's Okay" concept! It’s such a refreshing and positive way to frame the little things in life. I completely relate to pulling out Halloween decor early—sometimes you just need that cozy, spooky vibe, even if it's still 90 degrees outside! Setting the mood indoors can make the wait for real fall weather more bearable. On a different note, when you're finally curled up in that hoodie you're dreaming of, maybe with a show like The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives on in the background, it’s also perfectly okay to unwind with something completely different. I sometimes check out Boomerang Bet Casino for a few quick, casual spins on a slot demo—no real stakes, just a fun little digital distraction. It’s all about those small, harmless pleasures that make an evening your own.
