......to be excited for Spring Break next week. Natalie is having an early birthday party at Urban Air since her real birthday falls after Spring Break and during the week.
.....to be happy that Tommy is coming back home from college for Spring Break. When your kid goes to college, you never know if you'll see them during the breaks, but I'm thrilled that he still wants to come home.
.....to be going to watch You've Got Mail at Flix Brewhouse on Sunday. They are doing Nora Ephron movies in March, and I love them, so of course I need to go watch. Natalie is coming with me.
......to be watching the Oscars on Sunday with Natalie. Billie Eilish is performing, and Natalie LOVES her. Plus Ryan Gosling will be singing I'm Just Ken and I have to watch that.
......to think this book is perfect for Women's History month. (It's from March 1st-31st.) It's to celebrate all the heroic women out there who helped make the world a better place. Ruth Bader Ginsberg was one of those women. She was highly intelligent and served on the Supreme Court. She was all for women's rights and fought for gender equality. This book explains her life in a way that young folks will understand. (You can buy it here for only $5.)

My daughters are looking forward to spring break as well. They don't get next week off, but the week after.

ReplyDeleteSpring break is next week here in Fort Worth. However my son goes to his dad’s this year. I’ll be spending some quiet time with the animals.
