Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.

HEY, IT'S OKAY....

.....to be proud of Natalie for singing an Italian song for her recital. She started singing lessons last summer and has different recitals throughout the year. This one is in a whole different language in front of judges. She says she wants to vomit.

.....to have gone to see Tommy for lunch over the weekend. I'm always glad when we can visit with him. He's nearly done with the semester.

......to want to start watched One Day on Netflix, but I read the book and I know what an emotional roller coaster it is and that I will cry.

.....to have seen this sign in Michaels and agreed with it. I just love macarons. I wish they weren't so dang expensive. I could make them myself but holy crap, they are complicated to make. Hence why they are so expensive. So they are a treat I get once in a blue moon.

  3. I can't imagine remembering a whole song in another language. Good for her, even though she finds it nerve wracking!

  4. I totally relate to feeling proud and nervous for Natalie's recital—what a brave step! And those lunch visits with Tommy sound like precious moments.

  5. Indeed, mastering the art of making macarons is a challenging feat. The delicate balance of ingredients demands precision and practice- I'd rather just treat myself to them from the bakery too lol.

  7. I haven’t tried macaroons yet. I’ll have to try them sometime soon. I haven’t tried making them either.
