I always bought those no iron shirts for my husband, until I read what they're made of is bad for you. Now I get 100% cotton -- but that doesn't mean I've taken up ironing! So they're a little wrinkled...shake 'em out real quick...
When my son was about 4, he saw the ironing board in my mom's room and asked my dad "What is that?" I told my dad "That's because he's never seen one!" LOL.
I have to say I have ironed way too many days in my life because my husband was in the Army BUT he is the one that does the sewing in our house thank goodness!
That picture is adorable! I don't iron either. I feel bad for my husband, but luckily he can do it just fine so on the rare occasion it needs to be done, he can suck it up and do it :)
hahahahah! I just last week bought an ironing board! And the only reason I did it was because I started sewing (to iron fabric seams!) not to iron our clothes!

I don't even know if we own an ironing board. My husband irons occasionally, I think, but I do not. Ever. Cute that she thought it was a baby bed, though.
That is funny! I used to iron every morning before work but now that I don't work I hardly ever do & when I do I am too lazy to get out the ironing board so I just throw a towel on the floor & iron on that. Lame huh!
Hi, I'm Amber and I love chocolate. I have two kids: Tommy, who has autism, and Natalie, who has lots of opinions. My husband is in the Air Force. Email: airingmylaundryblog@gmail.com
That is too funny!! :)
ReplyDeleteI love it! I'm also a very bad iron-er (is that a word?)
ReplyDeleteSo when I do take out the ironing board, I feel so proud! ;)
AAAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! Why iron when we can just pop the clothes back in the dryer?? :o)
ReplyDeleteaka: the best feature about the "freshen up" setting on the dryer?
ReplyDeleteI don't know if my child has EVER seen an ironing board. I think Natalie's use is far more useful!

ReplyDeletehahaha I love it! I don't iron either. I'm a firm believer of Downy Wrinkle Releaser or just tossing clothes back into the dryer :)
ReplyDeleteMy mother never ironed either. I've rarely seen anyone iron - just a couple of men's shirts needed perfect for special occasions.
ReplyDeleteI don't iron either. I don't even have an ironing board! lol
ReplyDelete*giggles*
ReplyDeletemakes perfect sense.
ReplyDeletehehe.
ReplyDeleteI don't even have an ironing board.
ReplyDeleteNow that is pretty sad. But I can't talk, I am as domesticated as a cat. I can barely cook for myself. LOL

Hahahaha...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the laugh this morning!
Thank God the Air Force taught our men to iron and sew on a button. I do neither. :)
ReplyDeleteI don't iron or sew and I wish I didn't bake!
ReplyDeleteSilly girl, that's for hanging clothes on and having hit your in the head.
ReplyDeleteI relate to that 100%. I just use that wrinkle spray if I really, really need to.

ReplyDeleteIron? What is this iron you speak of?
ReplyDeleteLOL! If I have a kid, I think he/she will treat the ironing board the same way ... coz I have (almost) never iron too. :P
ReplyDeleteThat's great...In our house the doll would have been chucked in the dryer. I don't iron-just throw thing back in to "freshen up." LOL
ReplyDelete*sniggers* You're funny :)
ReplyDeletefunny, my kids would iron on the floor when they were little cuz that's what I did.. on a towel.
ReplyDeleteNow at least they are old enough to iron on their own if needed.
Lol. How cute!!
ReplyDeleteWait...I don't get it. Isn't that a table used to put the groceries on when you're putting them away in the pantry?
ReplyDeleteHa!
ReplyDeleteHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA -
ReplyDeleteSays it much better than Lol
