Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up!

---------------

To think it was cool that my husband got to sweep a building with his bomb dog before President Obama spoke.

To love how the weather has been mild so far. I hear Oklahoma gets slammed with snow in February though…

To be tempted to buy some Valentine’s Day chocolates now.

To not watch the Golden Globes but might be tempted to tune in since Ricky Gervais is hosting again. I love his humor.

To still think the show The Middle is one of the funniest shows out there. The mother is so much like me.

To have googled Sylvester Stallone after Tom made me watch the Rocky Movies and found out that he had a son with autism. And I was impressed that he wrote all the Rocky movies. He seems like a nice guy.

To have not been watching football on Sunday when some guy named Tebow apparently did something great (I guess?) We were watching America’s Funniest Home Videos.

To love this area that Tom set up. I call it our Vow Renewal corner:

  7. I'm with everyone who is in awe that it was Tom's handiwork on the V.R.C. (Using acronyms in his honor; I'm figuring he knows a lot of 'em.)

  9. what a SWEET display!

I adore The Middle. Perhaps because I grew up in small-town Indiana and it's pretty true to life...or perhaps because A and I have often looked at each other and said "oh, that's SO going to be us..."

  11. Obsessed with The Middle and think award shows are lame. Why do they feel the need to constantly award themselves. They already make MILLIONS! Isn't that enough of an award?

  19. It's perfectly ok to buy Valentine's chocolates now - though the Christmas chocolates are on sale. A little flat and maybe stepped on but at a discounted price.

I didn't know Sly had a kid on the spectrum. That almost makes me want to watch Rocky V
