My daughter loves all things princess.
If it’s pink or purple, she’ll probably want it.
She is constantly in her princess dresses. They all go to use when I buy them. You know how you buy toys and they’re played with once and then never again? Not so with princess dresses. She loves them all. In fact, some are ripping and she refuses to let me toss them out. “I love them still! I love them!” she’ll bellow.
The other night I heard her playing princess in her room. She was playing (surprise, surprise) Tangled. I could hear her quoting the movie. Then it fell silent. I went upstairs to check on her, because sometimes she falls asleep on her floor.
She wasn’t on her floor.
She was in her bed.
With her crown perched on her head.
