Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post.

--------

To think the word yurt is hilarious.

To have finally seen Catching Fire and liked it. I still felt for Mags, the old lady, even though I knew what was going to happen.

To think the Bonnie and Clyde movie they recently aired wasn't so bad. I wasn't keen on watching but Tom insisted and I ended up liking it. But holy crap were they crazy.

To be glad that it's going to be warm until Friday. It'll be in the 60s.

To not care that Beyonce released a new album. Her music really isn't my taste. Though Natalie loves the Single Ladies song since it was in a Chipmunks movie.

To can't believe Christmas is next week. Ack!

To have forgotten butter for the sugar cookies and buttercream frosting we'll be making. Oops. Back to the grocery store I go! I always forget something....

To have a giveaway for a Frozen bow here. You can also win a Yellow Pages Prize Pack here.

To love this photo of Natalie:

  1. I really think that Natalie and are very similar - except she's young and cute and I'm not!!! I love "All the Single Ladies" and belt it out frequently!!! I didn't see the Chipmunks movie but it was in the 2nd Sex and the City Movie!!!
I'm excited that it is fairly nice weather in Kansas this week, too!!

That photo IS precious. And, What is more hilarious than the word Yurt? Actually sleeping in one for the night after snowshoeing 4 miles one way to get to it. Yeah. I did that.

  5. I feel like I've been short changed this year. Like there is an extra week missing from my Christmas prep. Where'd it go?

  9. Christmas is nearly a week away! I really can't believe it. I wish I had longer... just to relish these feelings more.
And warm weather! Sheesh. It was 9 degrees today at the warmest point, and we got another 6-8 inches of snow over the eight we already had!

  10. Seriously, yurt is a really funny word. It's okay that I'm ignoring the fact that Christmas is a week away. Right?

  16. Ha - I only know that Beyonce song from too.
Think I can persuade hubby to opt for Catching Fire over the Hobbit 2? hmmm, it would be a Christmas miracle me thinks. haha

  17. I really liked the Bonnie & Clyde movie too. I used to like Beyonce but she seems too much, like I'm over her I guess. I tried listening to the little clips Yahoo showed but couldn't really get into it. Who knows, maybe another try before I say no.
