I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post.

To be sick of hearing about Duck Dynasty. I don't even watch the show.
To have all our Christmas stuff put away. Well, minus the outdoor stuff. It's cold. But nothing is being turned on anymore.
To be letting the kids stay up until midnight. They won't be staying downstairs the entire time though. At 8 they need to go upstairs so my husband and I can have adult time. Then close to midnight if they are up we'll let them come down, cheer, and then back to bed.
To love deviled eggs. Tom is making some tomorrow. Mmm. I might also make a buffalo chicken dip.
To be going to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Rolls!
To be searching for an Elsa dress for Natalie. She wants the one from the Disney Store and naturally they are sold out.
To still be figuring out Disney Infinity. Do we need the crystal Sully if we already have the regular one? Does it do something else? All these pieces baffle me...
To love Krispy Kreme donuts. Behold!

Krispy Kreme is awesome :) Do you have a shop near you? We get spoiled by the "Hot and Now" sign.
ReplyDeleteAmen to Duck Dynasty! So tired of it being the topic of conversation.
ReplyDeleteI got my nephew everything Duck Dynasty for Christmas. He loved it. And they're the ones who got me watching it. They're actually funny. I never thought I'd get into it but I sure did. I don't watch it religiously, but if nothing else is on and that show is on, I'll stop surfing the channels to see what other stupid things they get up to. Really, it's not a bad show.
ReplyDeleteNot gonna lie - I love Duck Dynasty!!!
ReplyDeleteI will put up all the Christmas stuff this weekend - we always leave ours out through New Years (trying to post-pone the holiday let-down!!).
And - now I NEED some Krispy Kremes!!!
Krispy Kreme is so good!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE deviled eggs. Duck Dynasty? I ignore it.
ReplyDeleteScarlet has a really gorgeous Elsa dress from JcPenney. She's wearing it for New Year's, in fact!
How I miss Krispy Kreme! Oh.. and those Texas Roadhouse rolls and butter.. I'm very jealous of all of your food! You've insipred me to make deviled eggs for tonight though!
ReplyDeleteI have to admit, Duck Dynasty is a bit of a guilty pleasure. The one guy is just so funny.
ReplyDeleteI have never had a Krispy Kreme. As far as I know, there are no stores in Canada. How can that be? doesn't seem possible between such great neighbours? LOL
Happy New Year and all the best for 2014!
Behold! Is right. Those are some serious tidings of great joy.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your New Year's Eve!!!!
Ah. Texas Roadhouse... I am so glad someone else realizes just how amazing that place is. I could eat their ceasar salad everyday all day. Amazing. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteKrispy Kreme! So good! I don't think I've ever had a deviled egg. I might have to find a recipe... Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteKrispy Kreme, delicious!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great night :-)
We had chicken dip, too, it's also delicious.
Krispy Kreme, definitely!
ReplyDeleteAh, Texas Roadhouse! I haven't had that in quite awhile. Now I'm craving their rolls!
ReplyDeleteAnd I agree about Duck Dynasty. I had never even heard of the show before, but now I can't go even a couple days without hearing the name! Agh!

The Girly Gamer
Still love Duck Dynasty
ReplyDeleteChristmas stuff was put away Christmas night (not alot to put away)
I LOVE deviled eggs!!
Never been to Texas Roadhouse...sounds yummy
Good luck with the Elsa dress
Disney Infinity? Yeah, way too complicated for my tastes
Wait... There's a crystal Sully? Dangit! I know exactly what you mean though about trying to figure it out. It appears the kids already have it down and I just sort of fumbled my way through it today. Hope you're having better luck than I did!
ReplyDeleteCan I just say that I love your blog?!?
ReplyDeleteAnyway, what is Disney Infinity all about?
I'm sick of hearing about Duck Dynasty too!
I let my kids stay up till midnight but the youngest went to bed earlier than that. The older two were with their friends and we were all at a neighbor's house anyway. The boys liked the novelty of staying up that late and we do it on Passover 2 nights in a row so it's good practice. :)
