We're Going To Disney World! (Again!)

We've gone to Disney World in 2008.

We've gone to Disney World in 2013.

She was making a wish at Cinderella's Royal Table.

Now we're going back in March 2015.

The kids and I are all,

My husband is like this:

It's the crowds.

Tom does not deal well with crowds.

This is what happens when Tom has to deal with crowds:

Tommy, since he has autism, can also meltdown.

This can make for a very uncomfortable time.

I always tell Tom that he can go back to the hotel. He says no, that he doesn't want anything to happen to us. Well, what could happen to us? Is Mickey going to abduct us? If a human being tries to take us, I have a purse with a lot of change that could render someone unconscious if I smacked someone with it.

I also bite.

Natalie does too.

I did not have to worry about Tom in 2013, since he was deployed.

I might not have to worry about him in March, because he could also be deployed.

But if I do, there will be some tense moments.

He has fun, don't get me wrong, but he's very "don't get too close to me, or else I'll turn into a ninja and chop you." It's the cop in him.

I think he's looking forward to going, even though he looks like this when I ask him if he's excited:

"Yeah, I super can't wait."

I think he's being sarcastic, guys.

Oh well.

We're going to Disney World in March!

  1. so awesome! we've been to disney 3 years in a row and this october we go again. while i agree - the crowds are pretty insane, october isn't actually that bad and the weather is not as humid but still hot.

  2. I'm like your husband...I can't deal with crowds. I love his sarcastic comment...I might have to borrow it! I'm sure you'll have a good time though. We have one day left on our non expiring Disney passes, but I am not sure when we will be going again.

  3. My husband would be the same way. He doesn't like crowds and he would probably have the same reasoning - he would want to be there just to make sure something doesn't happen to me and the kids.

  4. YAY! I'm with Tom on the crowds. Hopefully they won't be as bad in March.

  5. you should change it up and go to Disneyland and then we can all meet! I've never been to Disneyworld. I hope it all goes well with a lack of crowds.

  8. haha.. those gifs and photos are fantastic.
    I'm so excited for you!
It was your 2013 trip recapping that made me so excited for our own 2014 trip. So excited! We are probably going back in January. My in-laws are renting a house in St. Augustine for the WHOLE MONTH. It's not close to Orlando, but I have a feeling we will go on a road trip.

  9. Whoo HOO!!!! We had our family's second trip to Disney this past March and it was FANTASTIC!! They don't call it the happiest place on earth for nothing!! (But my husband and I did split up with the kids a lot this time. Nothing bad happened! Maybe Tom will chipper up about it as it gets closer?!) --Lisa

  10. What fun! I'm obsessed with Disney World, and my husband hates it. What's the deal with men, they don't understand the whole ''happiest place on earth'' thing?! haha

    God bless,

  15. I have never been to Disney but I want to take my kids there so we can all experience it together...with 5 years difference between my kids, I want to do it when they both will enjoy it, maybe when Tanner is 5 and maddy is 10...I will have to talk to you to get ideas and how to plan this!

  16. HAHA! YAY for disneyland! My husband's reaction would be equally as dismal and I doubt he'd take the opportunity to go back to the hotel either. But hooray! I'm excited for you!

  17. Yay! I burst out laughing at your impressions of Tom. The older I get, the less patience I have with crowds. But I'd brave it for Disney!

  18. I think everyone in my family would be as excited as you and your kids. My husband probably just wouldn't show it in that way. LOL
