--Have a Labyrinth lover in your life? This decal is sure to please them. I recently ordered it for myself. You can buy your own here.
--I feel old when I say this: I had one of these when I was little. Do you have someone in your life who enjoys retro stuff? Check out thinkgeek.com. They have so many things that I want. I actually bought this for my son, who loves learning about "olden day stuff." Yes, I sort of want to cry when he says that. You can buy the backpack here.
--Yes, I'm a fan of Labyrinth. How did you guess? You can buy this guy from thinkgeek.com as well. He's currently out of stock, but if you leave your e-mail address they'll let you know when he's available. We own one! You can buy the worm here.
--Do you have someone in your life who does gymnastics? This woman makes amazing leotards. I bought this one for Natalie and she receives so many compliments. (We also have the Elsa and Batman leotards.) You can buy the Anna inspired leotard here.
--I have NOT ordered this, but I want to. Our cat will push drinks on the floor occasionally. If you know someone who has an asshole for a cat (that's the censored word, by the way), then this would be a fun gift. You can buy the sign here.
--Know someone who is big on grammar? They might appreciate this shirt. I love it. I'm not a total grammar nazi, but if you write 'your welcome' as an adult, I have to question if you were awake in the second grade. You can buy this shirt here.
--This would be precious for a military child! I'm tempted to order it for Natalie when Tom returns from his deployment. Only I'd change it to Air Force, of course. This woman makes so many gorgeous dresses. I'm always amazed at those who can sew. You can buy the dress here.
--Who loves Gilmore Girls? I do! I have this on my Christmas list. I say this phrase often. You can buy this license plate tag here. She has so many awesome ones.
--Another item on my list. I always see the Baby On Board ones and hey, I do want to live too! You can buy the decal here.
--This book is fabulous. It's about Don, who probably has autism but it's not addressed in the book. But his quirks reminded me of Tommy. He likes order and doesn't understand social cues. Then he meets Rosie, who is super unorganized--basically completely different from Don. I actually did a review on the book because I enjoyed it so much. Go read it! You can buy a copy of The Rosie Project here. The sequel, The Rosie Effect, comes out December 30th!
--I own this! Lots of people love it. I've had people shout, "Love your bumper sticker!" many times. I also love Grumpy Cat. You can buy the bumper sticker here.
I hope you were able to find something. If I come across other items, I'll share them on my Instagram or Twitter accounts.
Happy Shopping!
i have never seen labyrinth! is it really good? or just cheesy? or nostalgic? i'm up for all reasons.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Labyrinth! I want that worm. I've already gotten myself too many presents this year though. . . maybe someone else hasn't gotten me a gift and needs an idea. Lol. I quote the worm all the time. I'm also really considering that sign for my cousin, thanks!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the best lists I've read. We love Labyrinth so much Emmy's middle name is Sarah. I need the cat sign. You can not leave drinks unattended my cats will drink whatever you set down, even if its not water. It drives me crazy. I just started watching Gilmore Girls. My girls and I laugh that we are really watching our life story. There are just too many similarities.
ReplyDeleteAhhhhh! The Anna leotard! I'm having a heart attack. And I kinda want one. :o)
ReplyDeleteHaha, I need that sign for my cats! They are always knocking drinks over too. And the "adults want to live too" is cracking me up! Every time I see one of those "baby on board" sticker, I think to myself, "Yeah... I was totally gonna ram my car into yours until I saw that sticker..." - so silly.
ReplyDeleteThese are hilarious - my cat is one of those assholes that sticks her whole head into the glass and then tips it toward her, balancing it so she can drink some, then walking away and letting it spill all over. Love it. Also a HUGE fan of the adorable Army dress!!! This is prolly the greatest Christmas list I've ever seen.
ReplyDeleteGreat suggestions - I'm always looking for something new and unique. I want the stickers for my car!
ReplyDeleteI think my daughter would live in the Anna leotard! That is a great gift!
ReplyDeleteThe bumper sticker is hilarious! The Gameboy backpack is too funny, what a blast from the past.
ReplyDeleteOy with the poodles already! Yes!! And loved The Rosie Project.
ReplyDeleteThese are all so awesome! I like that they are different than the typical things on a gift guide. That Labyrinth laptop sticker is perfection! And I LOVE the Gameboy backpack, I too find it depressing that Gameboys are considered from the "olden days". What?? :)
ReplyDeleteOk, you had me with the first one and then, it just kept getting BETTER! I need a plushie worm, seriously. It's kind of blasphemous that I don't own one already. Also, anything with Grumpy Cat is a win for me!
ReplyDeleteI love the gameboy backpack. By far one of the best things I have seen in a while.
ReplyDeleteI love the adults on board decal!
ReplyDeleteThese are all great ideas. I have heard "The Rosie Project" is a great book. I think I am going to have to put that on my Christmas wish list.
ReplyDeleteI think The Rosie Project is my next book to read!!!
ReplyDeleteha! I LOVE the Labyrinth ones and the one about the cat being a.. you know what.
ReplyDeleteThe Anna leotard is awesome, but only for Scarlet. Can you imagine an adult in it? Namely.. me. Shudder.
Love The Gilmore Girls! I just binge watched the entire series over the past few weeks. It had been far too long since I'd seen it.
ReplyDeleteLabyrinth is a favorite, though I don't have a mac, so I can't get that cool decal.
This is a weirdly fitting list. You don't know me, right? I guess I just happen to be a Labyrinth AND Gilmore Girls lover, and apparently we should form a club!
ReplyDeleteThink Geek and Etsy are my go-to websites for all gifts. Love them :)
ReplyDeleteI read The Rosie Effect already. It was a lot of fun. Hope you get to read it soon. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great list!
ReplyDeleteThat's quite the gift list! The Rosie Effect sounds like a good book. I have no idea what that worm is all about but I totally want one!
ReplyDeleteGreat List!! I love the leotard and so will my Girlies!! Thanks so much for sharing...
ReplyDeleteThinkGeek has been my go to when people ask me what to get for Ken this year. I love their stuff!
