**I received a copy of the book in exchange for a review. My opinions are my own**
I love desserts.
Sometimes I have desserts for a meal.
Cakes, brownies, eclairs, cookies....I want them all.
Bake Happy by Judith Fertig is filled with all sorts of delicious treats.
These eclairs looked mouthwatering:
Now, would my eclairs turn out looking as pretty? Probably not. But still.
This rainbow cake would be something Natalie would enjoy:
There are 100 recipes that seem easy enough. From tarts to cookies, this book seems to have all your favorite desserts. The pictures were enough to make me drool all over myself.
The author, Judith Fertig, knows what she's doing. She's had other cookbooks published, and she's studied at the Cordon Bleu. I learned from Gordan Ramsay that it's a big deal. To learn more about Judith, check our her webpage here.
If you'd like to buy a copy of Bake Happy, you can purchase it from Amazon or other book retailers.

ReplyDeleteLooks like a good book. Instead of buying the book could I pay someone to just bake me all the goodies????
ReplyDeleteI love rainbow cake. Obsessed, actually!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Amber Myers! Okay, I'll air my laundry, too: I was just finishing up in the kitchen this evening, making the Strawberry Birthday Cake on the cover of Bake Happy for a TV appearance tomorrow morning. Thought I'd check my e-mail and so glad I did! My best to you and all the great people who follow you.
ReplyDeleteI have been dying to try one of those rainbow cakes, but I'm kind of intimidated! I know mine would look nothing like the pictures I've seen, haha!
