I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post. Grab the button if you'd like!
-----------
--To still be loving the show The Blacklist. It's a great show and if you've never checked it out, you should!
--To be glad other people understood the points I made in my Why Making A Murderer Pissed Me Off post.
--To be attempting to make some guacamole soon. I'm the only one in the house who likes it though. But I really want some and I hate paying extra for it in restaurants. I'm too cheap.
--To refuse to jog when it's freezing out. I see some ladies happily jogging past my window and I'm like, "No thanks."
--To hate figuring out what's for dinner for the week. I try to meal plan, but I keep thinking, "This is BS. Why do we need dinner every dang night?"
--To have a giveaway for the new Lego Friends: Girlz 4 Life Blu Ray DVD here.
--To love this photo of Ruby. She was meowing at some sunlight on the walls. It was mocking her.

Homemade guacamole is super easy to make - only a few ingredients! :) The Blacklist show is AWESOME and we love it! We think "RED" makes the entire show. James Spader is just absolutely fantastic in his role. Love the cute picture of Ruby - she's adorable! :) Happy Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteI love how cats meow at random things.
ReplyDeleteI don't jog and I especially don't exercise outside when it's freezing. Gave that up a few years ago!
I love guacamole!
ReplyDeleteYou too, huh? No one here likes guac either. I make it strictly for myself. I LOVED Chipotle's, but yeah no e coli for me thanks. Haha. The only benefit is when Military Husband orders fajitas out, I get ALL of his guac and sour cream.
ReplyDeleteOh, and that table side guac is also bomb but since I'm the only one who wants it .....I get jipped. Eat dinner with me please? :)
I love The Blacklist! Is it back on? I haven't watched TV other than Netflix in what feels like ages - since before Christmas really. Also, I will run outside when it's cold, but I draw the line at 30 degrees. It goes below that and I'm at the gym unless I'm running a race.
ReplyDeleteMeal planning makes me crazy but I do it so I'm not staring in the pantry and fridge wondering what the hell we're going to eat.
ReplyDeleteThat picture of Ruby is the BEST! How adorable and funny at the same time. :)
ReplyDeleteI love guacamole, Blacklist, hate planning dinner but love cooking it and those chicks running in the ice cold are OCD and it's okay not to be OCD, especially on Tuesdays.
ReplyDeleteEvery day Sam is like "what are you thinking for dinner" and after I fight back the urge to stab him b/c why do I have to be the one who always decides I tell him I'm making reservations. And then we get frozen pizza.
ReplyDeleteGuac is doable. I can share with you a link to a few blog posts about funny attempts at making guac. With pictures and everything.
YES! I love The Blacklist. My husband and I are both very into it still.
ReplyDeleteGuacamole sounds pretty amazing right now!
ReplyDeleteThe cat is so pretty :)

i'll take all of the guacamole please and thank you.
ReplyDeleteI love guacamole, but you are right it is expensive to buy and it is fairly easy to make. So you go girl and the fact that you don't have to share it is a plus in my book!
ReplyDeletelove the guacamole! I'm the only one here too, so I hardly ever make it. I love avocado period, but no one else will eat it.
ReplyDeleteGet All your points about the documentary.. I. Just. Can't. Even.
I'm the only guacamole lover here too. Something I'd still like to make (hummus too). The dinner planning kills me too...but that kitty picture is too cute!

I love The Blacklist! That pic of your cat is so funny. :)
ReplyDeleteI like making my own guac too because I'm weird and I HATE raw onions.. and most places put raw onions in their guac. So I'm happier when I make my own onion-free kind. :-) I just mash an avocado and use the packet of spice mix from the grocery store, and then sometimes some chopped tomatoes in there. :-)
ReplyDeleteHomemade guacamole is the best :)
ReplyDeleteI love/hate meal planning. It used to come easy, but lately I've been grocery shopping daily when inspiration strikes.
ReplyDeleteOh gotta love cats and how their mind works...! Ooh, feel ya on meal planning. It's a good thing I live on my own and I can just go hungry if need be!
ReplyDeletehaha, Ruby. She still looks like a kitten to me. It's adorable.
ReplyDeleteGuacamole is delicious! Will you put onions and/or cilantro in yours?
