Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.

Hey, It's Okay....

....to not be too bummed that season 7 will be the final season of Orange Is The New Black. It hasn't been the same since Poussey died.

....to have enjoyed the movie First Man. I suppose I never thought what it must be like for Neil Armstrong's family.

....to be tired of all the rain Texas is getting. I need the sun to be productive.

....to have finished When The Lights Go Out by Mary Kubica. If you like twists and turns, you'll enjoy this book. I totally didn't see that ending.

....to really wish Natalie would stop referring to be as "bruh." I am not a "bruh." Wait, do I look like a "bruh?"

....to have taken Natalie to her Fall Festival at school and paid to have her arrested and put into jail for tween girl attitude. She was amused at first, then annoyed when she realized she had to stay for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Having her arrested was a brilliant idea, bet it made your night. She doesn't look happy about missing out on a whole 15 minutes of her life.

  6. Kids all deserve to get arrested once in a while and it will make them thankful for all their parents do. I am a big Orange fan so i will miss the show when it finishes.

  18. Ok, so much I have to talk about. I'm totally bummed about OITNB. I'm obsessed with teen jail. Can I bring my daughter there too please? If my oldest calls me bruh one more time I might lose my mind.

  22. Ha ha! I would be amused at tween jail too! I'm going to say that its okay that my kids are proving that I'm just a mediocre parent. At least I'm not one that thinks I'm perfect. My kids have proven I need to up my game this week.

  24. California is still in it's 80's and no fall foliage or signs of fall, but it's okay, I guess we will just continue to melt in the heat haha

  25. How funny that you had your daughter "arrested!" I haven't watched Orange is the New Black yet. I hear it's fantastic. Now that it's ending, maybe I'll binge watch it. I love watching a new (to me) series after it ends. No waiting on cliffhangers! :D
