Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.

HEY, IT'S OKAY....

.....to be excited that my son is graduating high school this week! It's a small ceremony, but it's something.

.....to be celebrating my birthday on Friday. I told my kids I'm turning 30. (I'm not.)

......to also be turning in Passport paperwork at the post office this week. Natalie and I are going to London and Paris in March (if all this craziness dies down) so we need a passport. (The trip is with her school.) Obviously the paperwork is backed up due to the virus, so I figure we need to turn it in now to be safe.

.....to think this Dad's Survival Kit from GourmetGiftBaskets.com is a fantastic Father's Day gift idea. I'm grateful they sent this to us to try! If your husband isn't into cookies, they have many other gift options. (There's CHEESE!) Check them out!

  11. Congrats to your son graduating this week! That would be upsetting knowing he wasn't getting the full ceremony he deserves, but glad he at least gets to have a small ceremony.

  36. I feel like we just need to be happy for the little things that we took for granted before like going grocery shopping without a mask - now we can at least shop and have money to do so.
