I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.
Hey, It's Okay....
....to almost be done wrapping presents. Yay!
....to have thought I had won a prize when I found Lysol Spray in the store. I haven't seen it on shelves since January.
.....to be proud of my son for finishing his first semester of college. It was all virtual, and he did so well keeping everything organized and turned in on time. I know it's not easy going to Zoom classes.
......to currently be reading No Offense by Meg Cabot (yup, the author of The Princess Diaries!) It's about a librarian who finds an abandoned baby in the bathroom. She has to answer questions given by the town sheriff, who yes, is single. Will they get together/ Whose baby is it? Da-da-DUN.
......to also think it's sweet that my son bought Natalie the stuffed dog she wanted. She ran out of money (as she usually does because she spends it as soon as she gets it) and Tommy said he'd buy it for her (he saves his money for the most part!) Natalie was very grateful.
Congrats on one semester down!
ReplyDeleteYay for Tommy having one semester done of virtual college! And how sweet of him to buy the dog for Natalie.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a nice idea! Congrats to your son for finishing his first semester 😊
ReplyDeleteI only have a few presents to wrap and those are for the grandbabies. We are traveling to see my mom so we wont celebrate with the babies until January.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to your son for his virtual learning success. One of our sons graduated virtually in May so that was interesting...but he had a great attitude (even though it wasn't what anyone had planned on).
ReplyDeleteI used to love reading Meg Cabot books! Well done on wrapping presents I haven't even started yet oh dear.
ReplyDeleteWith the crazy times I think this is an excellent time to celebrate every success whether small or big
ReplyDeleteAww! So great to focus on all the little-big things! I need to START wrapping lol!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to your son. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHonestly, that's how I feel when I find toilet paper. I mean, at one point it was like hitting the lottery when you'd enter a store that ACTUALLY had some.
ReplyDeleteOh my stars! Your kids are so cute! Also? I cannot believe you're done WRAPPING! So jealous!
ReplyDeleteThis season might be different from other Christmases we did but it still brings the same Joy every year. Spreading happiness! wuhoo!
ReplyDeleteIt's okay that my kids didn't get everything on their list right? I hate disappointing them but I have to draw the line somewhere!
ReplyDeleteWow, congrats to your son. It's such a great achievement.
ReplyDeleteI'm almost done wrapping presents, too! So excited for Christmas. I am interested to read No Offense by Meg Cabot. I will check this out.
