5 Ways To Say Healthy When Your Spouse Is Deployed

**This is a sponsored post with FarmHaven. Nevertheless, all of the opinions are my own.**

So my husband is deployed and I'm at home with two kids. I certainly do not have the time to get sick. If I get sick, there's chaos. My kids are older, so that helps, but they tend to be confused on how to work a vacuum and make a meal at times. So I need to stay healthy.

To make sure this happens, I do the following:

1. Take Apple Cider Vinegar. I kept hearing about this, but I never tried it. I decided to see how it worked for me, and I'm glad I did. I feel like I have more energy, it helps with bloating (which is a WIN because goodness knows, I bloat), and it helps with digestion. I picked it up at FarmHaven, which is a site that has a bunch of options to support health and only uses the purest ingredients. Check out FarmHaven here to see all their options. You can also use the code AMBERMYERS to save 15%.  If you're interested in the Apple Cider Vinegar, click here

2. Make sure you're taking breaks. You aren't a failure if you need to rest. I keep seeing all these memes out there where it lists everything a mom has to do. Self care is in. The laundry can wait. Do not overwhelm yourself because that causes stress which causes tears which causes meltdowns. So I'll say it again: it's OKAY TO TAKE BREAKS.

3. Ask for help. Look, I don't like to ask for help. But I know I need to do it now and again. Also, offer to help to other parents, especially ones whose spouse is deployed. It's not an easy time.

4. Drink lots of water. I always have water beside me. I jazz it up with a lemon. I'll get a cute cup to help get me to drink more water. It isn't the most exciting drink, but drink it anyway.

5. Fit some exercise in. Even if you only have 5 minutes, at least it's something. It gets the blood flowing. I try to jog daily in my neighborhood. Is it something I look forward to? No. But I do it because I want to attempt to stay fit.

Having a spouse deployed isn't easy. But these are the things I do to help stay healthy. The newest for me is taking the Apple Cider Vinegar. I recommend giving it a try. Again, check it out here and see if it'll work for you. Or pop over FarmHaven and see what they have to offer. Don't forget to use AMBERMYERS to save 15%.

I look forward to when my husband will return home. But until then, I'll do my part to be the best parent I can. And yup, that includes self care, while drinking water from my pretty cup.

Sometimes there are mental health problems, but for me, smoking weed has become a great way out. Described effects of cannabis in the https://westcoastbud.io/products/edibles/ online store are exactly what I get. I also noticed that sometimes it helps me cope with headaches and sleep disorders.
