Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.

HEY, IT'S OKAY....

....to be slightly offended that I'm known as a "geriatric millennial." I guess if you're born between 1980-1985, that's what you are according to an article. 

.....to be getting the second dose of the Covid vaccine with my son on Friday. I hope we don't feel too ill afterwards. Some people have no symptoms, others get a fever, chills, and feel exhausted. We shall see, I guess! 

.....to plan on having Natalie get her vaccine when school ends. That way if she has symptoms, she won't have to worry about school. 

.....to have had a roof inspector come out because we've been getting a ton of hail and rain. No surprise, the roof is damaged, so now I need to let our insurance know. Being an adult is super fun. 

......to have always been infatuated with the Tudor family, so I'm excited about this book. Alison Weir writes some incredible books about the family and I recommend them all. This is obviously about Henry's sixth and final wife, Katherine Parr. While she survived the marriage, she came close to being arrested due to her Protestant beliefs. The story goes that one of her ladies found her arrest warrant on the ground and rushed it to her. Kathrine, knowing what Henry had done to past wives panicked and quickly apologized to her cranky husband. She promised to keep quiet about her beliefs and Henry was all, "Then we're friends again!"
