Birthday Gift Ideas For Fifteen Year Olds

Natalie's birthday is March 19th. She'll be 15. And while she'd probably be happy if I handed her a wad of cash or gift cards, I always like to give other things. However, teenagers can be fickle creatures who find things "lame" or "cringe" so finding something that will get them to smile can be difficult.

However, I think I've figured out what will cause excitement and I'll share in case you are stumped on what to get the teen in your life.

First up is jewelry. My daughter is big on jewelry and is always excited to get some. AU-Rate is a store we've shopped at before. They have a wonderful variety of jewelry--from under $100 to fancier for special occasions. I know she'd love this gold ring because she loves pearls:

Five Nights At Freddy's is a favorite game of Natalie's and I found this plush at Gamestop. Most of the plushes that Natalie has are smaller, so she'll love this larger one. I believe it's 16 inches.

Natalie loves Gilmore Girls and you can find some things from the show at the Warner Brothers store. I got her this nifty placemat from there. I also found the Luke's Diner square at Hot Topic.

I found this cute bag at Fun.com. Natalie loves the movie Labyrinth as I do, so we'll share this one. It's the character Ludo. If you've never seen the movie, you should. It's on Netflix!

I found some smaller Five Nights at Freddy's characters at Hot Topic and Amazon:

Most people know that Natalie loves Billie Eilish, so I picked this up at Hot Topic:

Natalie loves her clothes and thought this shirt was cool. Target is bringing back 70s styles and Natalie is all for it. You can pick it up here

Books are always a must. Natalie had picked out a bunch of books on Amazon and I selected these from the ones she was interested in. She's interested in the whole witch aspect, she loves Enola Holmes (watch the movie on Netflix!), and the other book is poetry:

This pearl bag from Target is gorgeous! Granted, it can't hold much. Probably just a phone. Or a pack of gum. Not much. But it's lovely.

Finally, Natalie was aching to see the Little Women movie again and we couldn't find it streaming anywhere. Well, we did but you had to pay extra and I figured I might as well get the DVD that came with a digital version. It's a good movie you can find on Amazon! I prefer the one with Winona Ryder but this is also enjoyable:

What is your favorite item? Mine is the Labyrinth bag since I love the movie.

  16. I remember Natalie being so small when I first stumbled on to your blog!

I love the Gilmore Girls and Labyrinth gifts. I'll have to keep those in mind for my own girls, even though they are a little older.
