I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.
HEY, IT'S OKAY....
.....to be glad Natalie got to go trick or treating with friends on Halloween--before she wasn't sure if she could make it because of theatre practice but they got the day off and were told to go be teenagers, which I love.
.....to have totally preordered Prince Harry's book Spare on Amazon. It comes out in January. You can preorder it here.
.....to have absolutely LOVED the Elton John farewell concert over the weekend. If you can go, get the ticket! I will be writing more about it next week. But it was beautiful and exciting and I will always remember it.
.....to not be quite sure who Natalie was dressed up, but all the colors and the wig was fun. (She says she was Glamrock Chica, who is from the game Five Nights At Freddy's.) Tommy helped me pass out candy and Natalie was nice and gave him all her Reese's Peanut Butter Cups since she's odd and doesn't really care for them.
Reese's are my favorite!
ReplyDeleteOne of my teens went trick or treating while the other one was sick on the couch. I sure hope the one shares his candy with his brother.
ReplyDeleteI really love her costume. I do believe I know who she is, but only because I have read the books. My daughters also have the game.
ReplyDeleteI wish trick or treat was a thing here… I bet it would have been fun to do

ReplyDeleteOk, I immediately saved Prince Harry's book on my TBR. I'm curious to know what kind of tea he will spill. I'm sure it won't be as much as we hope but maybe he will spill just a little something.
ReplyDeleteShe looks adorable! I am going to read Prince Harry's book too!
