Is CosMc's By McDonald's Any Good?

So CosMc's is this concept from McDonald's that only has drinks and snack type foods. Oh, and ice cream. And I know you're thinking, ice cream?? But the machine is always broken at McDonald's. This is true, but I'm told it's supposed to work at CosMc's. We shall see. 

There aren't a lot of CosMc's yet. I think our location is the 5th? Something like that. And CosMc is apparently an alien according to the story on the website who wanted to bring his menu to Earth. He stole some McDonald's items---6 to be exact--and those are on the menu. (Think Egg McMuffin.) He also came up with his own creations wanted to share them with Earthlings. So thanks, CosMc? 

I am a McDonald's fan--their fries and Diet Coke are my faves--so I had to check out CosMc's when it opened:

Now, the thing with CosMc's is that you can't go inside and dine. No, you're just there to grab your stuff and go. There's a drive thru or kiosks you can walk up to and order from. Since the drive thru was long, I decided to park and do that.

It was easy to order. Get the app and you'll get a free medium drink after signing up for CosMc's Club. I ordered and then had everything within 5 minutes from the window. I recommend doing this if the drive thru is long.

I got the medium Island Pick Me Up Punch for free thanks to signing up for the rewards program.

It's made with berry-powered lemonade an dried strawberries. It included a pre-workout shot but if your kid wants this and you don't want them bouncing off the walls, it can be removed. I liked the drink, but I wished the strawberries weren't dried because they were hard to chew. 

I also had to try the Mixed Bag McPops. 

McPops are basically filled donut balls. They are stuffed with apple cinnamon, hazelnut, and cookie butter. If there's a flavor you prefer, you can get a 3 as that, but I wanted to try them all. My faves? Hazelnut and cookie butter. 

Finally, I had to get the Diet Coke with a cherry shot. You are able to get flavor shots at CosMc's. Cherry. Vanilla. Lemon. Mint. The Diet Coke was your basic Diet Coke from McDonald's with a cherry flavor. 

Will I be back? Yes, because there's lots more I need to try. Like the ice cream. They have McFlurries, sundaes, soft serve, shakes (there's a special citrus & cream!)  The sundae I'd like to try is the Caramel Fudge Brownie. (You can check out the menu if curious on what all they have.)

They even have sandwiches like Creamy Avocado Tomatillo and Spicy Queso.
