Cheese!
I love cheese. I eat it daily. Does my body always like it when I consume all the cheese? No. But I still do it.
It's why I was thrilled when I heard Hu Hot has Hungry Hordes Cheese Curds as an appetizer for a limited time. Hu Hot is one of our fave places to dine thanks to the all you can eat stir fry. And yes, you build it yourself. It's not like those other places that scoop stuff in a bowl for you so you're left with like 4 noodles and 1 onion.
We also love all the different sauces. From spicy to sweet, there's something for everyone. (I go crazy for that chili garlic oil with the burn your village BBQ.)
Anyhow, behold the cheese curds:

Oh, and it comes with a sriracha ranch which is the perfect dip. It has a pleasant zing and pairs wonderfully with the cheese curds.
And naturally, yes, I loaded up with the stir fry.

My teen would love these curds. I have a dairy allergy, so I have to pass on them.
