I mean, yes, I have heard of Kpop Demon Hunters--I do not live in a cave. I know that popular song because it plays everywhere. But I've never seen it. Still, when McDonald's announced a collab, I was like, you know what, I'm in!
The box was pretty cool and colorful. I'm not sure who the characters are, but they seem like fun ladies.

Here are the sauces. The demon sauce was purple and spicy and the hunter sauce is like a spicy sweet & sour.

I am not joking when I say purple. And I like it! I'm a fan of spicy foods, so I thought it was tasty. I preferred it over the hunter sauce.
And the shaker fries? Well, the flavoring did taste like ramen, and I like ramen, so I was happy with them.
I don't think I need this meal again, but I WOULD order nuggets and the demon sauce. I did enjoy the combo.
Oh, and here were the cards that I got. Again, no idea who they are, but the cat creature reminds me of how I look after I guzzle down my crisp Diet Coke from McDonald's.
This meal is available for a limited time, so if you want one, I'd stop in as these kind of meals sell out quickly.

ReplyDeleteThe demon sauce is supposedly a Cajun flavor but some say it tastes similar to hot mustard. I too thought it was similar to hot mustard but also an added mayo for creaminess. I like the hunter sauce it’s a sweet chilli sauce. I haven’t had the chance to try the shaker fries. But I will if I ever go on break during lunch hours.
