Natalie turned 14 last week. Since teens can be tricky to shop for, I wanted to share gifts that she received that she actually enjoyed. As I mention often, CASH and GIFT CARDS are always happily received from teens, but yes, they are kind of boring. So while I give my teens cash and gift cards, I also find them gifts from their hobbies or passions.
One of Natalie's biggest passions right now is Billie Eilish. Hot Topic has TONS of Billie stuff for not a ton of money. (Tip: always shop online. They randomly do 30% off sales. It's rare to see those in stores.) But she also loves JEWELRY.
I recommend buying teens a gorgeous pair of earrings. They can wear them to school dances and other special occasions.
I found this birthday card with Billie on front on Etsy here. (And yes, I do know Billie has changed her hair color. Natalie texted me this news while at school.)
This necklace is from Billie's Blohsh store:
For some reason, Natalie has decided she thinks Webkinz are adorable so she wanted one. I found this on Amazon:
A purse from Target. Now, with clothes and such, I have Natalie tell me what she'd actually wear. This is a tricky age, and you can't just pick something out and think your teen will like it.
Natalie is also a fan of Finneas, who is Billie's brother. He writes and sings some amazing songs. This was at Hot Topic:
All of these are from Hot Topic:
Yes, there are some non-Billie things. Natalie also likes Disney, so I found her this Disney spirit jersey from ShopDisney.com and the matching crocs from the Croc Store:
Coraline is a hit for Natalie, so I found this at Box Lunch:
She thought this frog jacket from Amazon was fun:
Natalie loves a gamer named TommyInnit, so I found this keychain of him on Etsy:
Oh, and she wanted a possum cake so I had a lady in the neighborhood make that:
She ended up having a fantastic birthday!
